“My wife took delivery of my hard wood yesterday and we are both very pleased. Consistently 10 inches long which makes handling very easy. I placed 2 sacs by the back door and my wife emptied them in no time. She will definitely want another delivery of hard wood soon.”

“Basic product not as good as my usual supplier. The briquette expands a lot more than usual filling the stove with ash quickly. Heat output ok but burns quickly. Nicely wrapped for easy handling. I would not purchase again.”

Dear Paul, Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry to hear that you are not happy with our heat logs. There have been reports of people damaging their stoves from ‘jamming’ full heat logs into a small stove, whereby, on expansion, they have put undue pressure on the walls of the stove or the glass door. For this reason, the smaller the pieces your heat logs are broken into, the better!

“The load had been re-packed on to two pallets, it was at an angle when delivered and so we were unable to have it wheeled directly into the pellet shelter that we have built for it. In fact we had to undo the load and re-stack it because it was not stable, the delivery person nearly lost the load when unloading it. Also three split bags in amongst the load.”

“The logs are superb - uniform in size/shape, so they stack a treat & they burn so efficiently. There was one minor hiccough, but I as expecting that as I have a gravel drive...the delivery driver was very helpful, but had to leave the pallet on the roadside...so I got a lot of exercise barrowing the logs through to the back-garden storage rack. One of my neighbours clearly spotted me, for in the pub that night, he admitted that he was suffering from 'log-envy'! I'll be back for more when this lot have gone - probably not until 'next season', & perhaps I'll explore a bagged-delivery then”
