“Easy to use website. Did research prior to order and price paid was as good as elsewhere. Logs packed extremely well in crate and felt had great value for money. Perfect size logs and burning well. Luckily received email to say wood on way as full telephone number was not passed onto courier and they were unable to ring me on the day of delivery. Customer service gave me couriers phone number and sorted out quickly. Courier delivered crate to within feet of storage. Would recommend and use again.”

“My wife took delivery of my hard wood yesterday and we are both very pleased. Consistently 10 inches long which makes handling very easy. I placed 2 sacs by the back door and my wife emptied them in no time. She will definitely want another delivery of hard wood soon.”

“Basic product not as good as my usual supplier. The briquette expands a lot more than usual filling the stove with ash quickly. Heat output ok but burns quickly. Nicely wrapped for easy handling. I would not purchase again.”

Dear Paul, Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry to hear that you are not happy with our heat logs. There have been reports of people damaging their stoves from ‘jamming’ full heat logs into a small stove, whereby, on expansion, they have put undue pressure on the walls of the stove or the glass door. For this reason, the smaller the pieces your heat logs are broken into, the better!
