“The quality of wood is excellent however the delivery did not show on the day booked. This is the second time this has happened. As a self employed person I have lost two days work. I will not be using luxury wood company again.”

“I have ordered logs from the luxury wood company 4/5 times. The logs are great quality, burn great and clean, they give an excellent heat. I have used others in the past but always go back to the luxury wood company as I have yet to come across logs that are as high quality.”

“Looking for an alternative to coal for a Rayburn,we decided to try the bark briquettes.. really pleased with them,minimum ash, plenty of heat and yes,they stay in overnight!!”

“We've said it all before - great logs, well packaged and easy to manager. Pallet into garage - easy. You might think that these logs are expensive - you'd be wrong! Excellent value - in the end, no rubbish, nothing wet = great heat.”

“the wood was delivered promptly and by a very helpful driver. The wood is very good my only drawback is that their seems to be a rather large amount of 1/4 size logs in this load, I accept that a proportion will be smaller thats the nature of wood, but compared with my last 3 loads, a bit more than usual, thats the reason for only 4 stars.”

“Quick delivery and they managed to change it to suit us. We have bought from them for a few years now, this last case of ash was not the best as it had a lot of small logs and off cuts and this was the first time this has happened.”
