“The wood is good quality and burns well. The added bonus is the deliveries are always on time. Whilst price vary between numerous log suppliers I am happy to use the Luxury Wood Co”

“Great wood, but no updates via email on delivery due date after the initial order was made. Started chasing after a week. Hard to get through to the company by phone and got cut off. They finally responded and resolved the issue and got the wood out to us the next day, but it was all far harder than it should have been. But as I say, really great wood!!”

“Was very very disappointed with the crate of logs you sold me. When I ordered them you told me that you had no class B crates available but the crate I got delivered it was obvious that the logs were not class A. I have had to re split at least 1/3 of the crate as the logs would have been to large for my log burner there was also rotten and over sized, in length, logs. I have been a customer of yours for a few years but unless we can sort out the cost of that crate I will be looking to buy elsewhere. I await your reply Thanking you Peter Long”

“Great logs. Delivered quickly and burn really well. Even oak logs very dry and catch quickly with good burning time and nice flame when combined with the Ash.”

“Luxury Wood are still offering competitive prices. This delivery went very smoothly and came quite quickly. However, many of the logs in my kiln dried ash crate are too big. They will kill off a log fire if not judiciously used making having a log fire harder work than is necessary.”

Hi Tim, We do try to provide the same standard but with a natural material as firewood that sometimes is harder than we expect. On the bright side the larger logs will give you a longer burning time.

“Overall very good, one small gripe though, the delivery company just turned up with no prior notice, we were out, so rather than miss the delivery we asked the driver to leave the full pallet on the drive, which he did. We then had to unload and restack the FULL pallet. Simple solution... demand that the delivery company provide the customer with notice of delivery. Other than that, no problem. Wood of a very good standard and comparable price so all good except delivery.”
