“I ordered a load of wood on the 29/09/21 (late at night) for our wood fired pizza oven business, as I have done for the previous 18 months. Unfortunately the delivery was delayed until the 19/10/21 which caused us real problems as we ran out of wood. This was a real problem and I complained to them directly, and also had direct contact with the delivery firm who caused additional delays. I have been offered a discount from our next order, so sincerely hope the next delivery goes well.”

“The wood was dry but in small pieces of oak and not in big chunks as I was expecting. Quite a bit of woodworm infestation and some rotten ones also, so probably best stored dry outside for safety.”

“Good value for quality logs. Delivery slot was all day, and delivered whilst I popped out. This meant a 2.63m palette was in a location far from ideal. Would have appreciated a narrower slot, or a phone call when 30 minutes away. Still, good value.”

“Ordered two pallets of oak logs and arrived very quickly also well packed with minimal gaps in between each log. Burn an absolute treat. Gave specific instructions for delivery firm to follow and must say that the delivery firm was exceptional.”
