I ordered a load of wood on the 29/09/21 (late at night) for our wood fired pizza oven business, as I have done for the previous 18 months. Unfortunately the delivery was delayed until the 19/10/21 which caused us real problems as we ran out of wood. This was a real problem and I complained to them directly, and also had direct contact with the delivery firm who caused additional delays. I have been offered a discount from our next order, so sincerely hope the next delivery goes well.
