“First time I have ordered form this company, did it on the recommendation of two friends. Arrived just a few days after ordering, competitively priced and was delivered in a sturdy crate that I have been able to break up for kindling! It was also plastic wrapped which meant I didn't have to offload it straight away :-). Ordered beech logs, they seemed nice and dry (made a nice sound when knocked together). Will order again for sure.”

“Vesi is brilliant. The Luxury Wood company has great products at very good prices / BUT - the delivery company you use is useless. If you don’t change your delivery company I suspect you will lose more customers as I had to cancel £350 order due to bad delivery problems.”

“Every time I order from you, the wood that is delivered it absolutely perfect. So good in fact that it’s a shame to burn it :) I have just had some beautifully seasoned Ash delivered along with Ash heat logs and kindling and everything is 100% perfect as always.”

Dear Carmel, I am sorry for the experience. We have been chasing your local delivery depot for several days now asking for an urgent update. I am afraid that the Logistics industry has been affected lately by a lot and they all struggle with driver and fuel shortages and increased volumes. This has led to severe drop in quality of the service and their customer support. I hope the industry will recover soon and will go back to their previous standards.

“The ordering and delivery processes were first class, and the quantity and quality of the logs were excellent. The only reason this isn't a 5 star review was the pallet. On the plus side, it provided a decent volume of kindling, but cutting it up and taking the nailed-together pieces to the local recycling centre was a pain. For me, 5 stars would be having the option of the pallet being collected after I've removed the logs to my store, and the pallet re-used for another happy customer.”
