“Ordered logs a month ago still haven’t received them. Delivery company issue apparently but the log company don’t seem to be doing anything to solve it”

“Ordered two pallets of oak logs and arrived very quickly also well packed with minimal gaps in between each log. Burn an absolute treat. Gave specific instructions for delivery firm to follow and must say that the delivery firm was exceptional.”

“Great product. Fair price. Would have been 5 stars but the shipping company used did not let me know when they were planning to deliver the wood. They just turned up. Redelivery arranged. Email telling me they were going to deliver turned up 4 days after delivery!”
