The Gift Experience is usually good and I have used them for around 12 years however I have ordered a coup,e of items during lockdown and the service has been very very poor I'm afraid. A couple of weeks late (so i missed the occasion the item was ordered for) and I got an incorrect order before which they did refund me for. I am afraid I will not be using the service again.

Very easy to order online. But I wasn’t informed when my order was dispatched. Ordered 2 items which arrived at different times like a week or so apart. And when part of my order was received the packaging was ruined which spoilt the experience of having something personalised.

Ordered a personalised Love Heart box, when it arrived the printing was poorly set out so I asked for another(just the paper insert) correctly done. I also said I needed it for 1 weeks time. Although the first one arrived in 6 days the replacement took nearly 2 weeks, too late for the Anniversary. Very, very disappointed.

Looked the part until I noticed that one of the hands was bent up at the tip. Had go and purchase something else for the person I bought it for as there anniversary was the 29th. Very disappointed

Placed order 12th June and to date item not arrived. Contacted suppliers for refund and advised to wait 21 working days. No apology or they would look into why delivered. No happy with service

Perfect for the occasion but was disappointed with the quality of the aprons. Very thin material.

I had to chase them as I didn't receive confirmation of dispatch. I was told that the gift had been dispatched by normal Royal Mail parcel. I was concerned as I hadn't received dispatch email and that the item wasn't being tracked as it was fragile and wasn't cheap. The item didn't arrive in over the week, but was told that this was due to the current situation. It eventually arrived 13 days "after dispatch" via APC "Next day" delivery.

I was extremely disappointed as the gift was sent to me & not the person I purchased it for. I specifically requested the gift Be sent direct to Scotland & NOT to me.

Paid a decent amount of money to expect quality apron. However what i received was thin and almost tacky and as it was meant to be a birthday present I am actually embarrassed to give as a gift.

I paid for delivery and was told I would receive the gift in 2-3 days. It didn’t arrive until 10 days later and spoilt our 40 th wedding anniversary.

The advert indicates that the recipient will get a copy of a quality paper from the event day . For their golden wedding my cousin was sent a copy of London Evening Standard . Completely irrelevant here in the north west . The wine was not a proper vintage wine , just a fairly cheap bottle . For £60+ it was extremely disappointing .

I'm afraid the experience was totally clouded by the gift arriving two weeks late for my friend's birthday. It was a present that was appropriate to a special birthday so it was disappointing. The quality of the present was excellent and it was a shame and, to be fair, I received prompt replies when I had to 'chase' twice.

Purchased a buddha however the crown head was poking out of the box, obviously packed incorrectly as box was big enough. Sent details to them and photos of the broken buddha and said they would send me a refund..not received todate from the 20th April. I did say I could not get to post office to return . I have since stuck its crown on wv blue tac but not quite the same as it was a birthday present. So a bit disappointed as previous purchases have been fantastic.

We bought an Easter Bunny for our granddaughter in Hampshire. We were disappointed with the item when it it arrived on Easter Saturday, clearly too late to send on to “Gracie”. Regards Graham Lovett.
