The gift itself it appears was excellent my complaint is concerning the wording on the website re delivery. It states it is "despatched" within tow days. I orders the gift on a Thursday for a Tuesday the following week birthday. It arrived on the following Thursday. This was a milestone 40th birthday for my nephew and I was not happy it arrived a week later. I will not be using your company again
