I am disappointed because I ordered something for my Fiance's 40th Birthday, and the item has not arrived for the big day..

Second time ordering this item. So did not bother reading the description details. Quality is fine however this time the plate stand is not included. Although it states this in the description the picture still shows the item including the stand. This is misleading and without the stand the item is a bit redundant. Would not recommend or order without the stand. Shame! ps company advices buying one from eBay!

The parcel was partially open on arrival as not enough tape was put on the box. Also the item was just put in the box no protection at all. Luckily I was in when the parcel came as if the box got wet it would of ruined the white cushion.

was a 50th gift for my son in Australia on 8th Feb 2020 ok I ordered on 30th Dec 2019 assuming they would put the 2020 date but the 8th Feb 2019 was inserted !! So wasn’t happy

The service from Gift Experience was good, the gift arrived on time and was undamaged. It was a 70th Birthday gift for my husband in July but we decided to leave opening the whisky to a later date as a ‘special’ hence the late review. What a disappointment definitely not a quality malt whisky. Perhaps I should have known better and gone directly to a Speyside distillery instead. A waste of money. The bottle will be kept I’ll turn it into a light.

Packaging as a gift was very poor. A little boy can do much better. The printed picture was not that great quality . I sent a very high quality picture. Colours are yellowish. Not impressed

My parcel is missing, but it has the business name and the full post code Asked for a replacement as it’s a gift You can’t help Post office has scanned the barcode you provided me with and they say it has never been scanned in anywhere, like it hasn’t even left the originating place from sender, it was a gift for Christmas and I feel as a new customer more help to me should of been offered and help should have been given, I WILL not recommend or use you again

The vase is quite small,hasn't got the Wow factor, didn't came in original box and has not label is made of crystal....so I was disappointed. Because I personalised I could not sent it back. Delivery was good,and the writing it was I ask for .

This is my first time using The Gift Experience & was disappointed. I ordered a personalised glass silver wedding anniversary gift for family. The number 25 is not perfect, the top of the number didn't seem to have taken properly as with the loveheart at the top. Don't know if I would use again.

The engraving was different to what I requested and it had to be re ordered and almost missed the anniversary date

The item I purchased was great, but fortunately the engraving was lacking because the date I required was 12th October 2019, but when I received it,it read 12 october 2019. I assumed that it was obvious to anyone how any date should be written. I would be grateful if you would be kind enough to rectify this really bad grammar, as I find it embarrassing to give it to my Great Grand Daughter with such bad English. Thank you in advance

There was an error on the printing and they were adamant their system didn’t make the mistake and it was human error.

We purchased a personalised bottle of whisky for an 80th birthday present and which a arrived a day after the birthday and there was a crease down the centre of the label which made it look very shoddy. We had the gift delivered direct to the recipient or we would have returned the item, most disappointed.

Ordered book newspaper headlines of your day for my husband for our pearl wedding anniversary and they sent wrong date which we were not very happy about it, totally ruined the surprise for my husband. I phoned them up on the day of our anniversary to complain about it and they said they would send a new one out with the correct date, which they did so after a week but unfortunately it didn’t have the same meaning.

The item description implied the wine would be of a similar age to the newspaper but it was only 3 years old.

The book is just copies of old newspaper clippings which are so small you cant read it.
