“Due to my mistake the engraving on the item was not quite right, they contacted me and the mistake was rectified. However this put the delivery back, meaning it wouldn't be on time for my wife's birthday, when I explained this, they pulled out all the stop's and my wife got her gift on time. Phew !!”

“I recently bought a cushion as an anniversary present for friends. I found the site easy to use. The item itself was of good quality and value for money. My friends were also delighted when they received it. The only negative was that it was sent to the billing address and not the alternative delivery address”
