Poor quality hotel (which was then cancelled on the day with no suitable alternative offered) and the cheapest tickets for the show available. “Really lovely personalisation of a 6 x 4 photo album, just how I imagined. The only downside is that when the product arrived the sleeves of the album appeared to have been under some stress, maybe in packaging or in transit. They were not pristine, but I’m sure once filled with photos the stress signs will be negligible.”
