“Shocking. Ordered the 4* overnight theatre package for a 70th birthday present for my mother. Terrible communication, having to chase up constantly for tickets. Poor quality hotel (which was then cancelled on the day with no suitable alternative offered) and the cheapest tickets for the show available. In the end we arranged everything ourselves for approximately the same price.
Still waiting to the refund but wouldn’t go near this company again.”
