“Shocking. Ordered the 4* overnight theatre package for a 70th birthday present for my mother. Terrible communication, having to chase up constantly for tickets. Poor quality hotel (which was then cancelled on the day with no suitable alternative offered) and the cheapest tickets for the show available. The detail is 'Americanised' with regard historical information which is disappointing. Feel item is overpriced.
