Thanks for your review, I am sorry to read that delivery took a little longer than estimated and it caused the gifts to be late for the event.
Unfortunately, there can be unforeseen delays in the Royal Mail network which we have no control over, I know how frustrating it is to be waiting on a delivery and I can only apologise once again for any upset or inconvenience caused.

Examples of finished products are shown on the website and you did have the option to select a more expensive gift box or no box at all but chose not to.

“Customised bookmark arrived poorly packaged and as a result was damaged in transit. Talked to TGE and they replaced within a couple of days. The replacement arrived packaged propery and of good quality. Original product pretty poor but the reaction to the problem has me pleased with their customer service.”
