Very pleased with the item (a Easter bunny) not pleased with the delivery said two to three days it came 8 days later missing Easter but taking in to account the situation at the moment we did receive it in the end and are happy with the product.

Was a lovely idea, but puzzle was a gift so didn't know there was a fault until it was given and it had been made up.

I ordered some boxer shorts for my husband as a jokey anniversary present. The trunks were of good quality. The photo wasn't great, a bit grainy, that may have been my fault I don't know! After one wash the print has stated to fade which is a shame. They provided a laugh though.

Nice jewelry box although I feel expensive for what it is. The engraving could have been better too. Not bad but I wouldn't rush to buy another one at that price.

I ordered two champagne glasses, they were bought on two separate transactions and I had to separate order numbers, but one champagne glass was lost and didn’t arrive in time for a 50th birthday. However, the customer service I have received in helping me replace the lost item has been excellent, I’d like to thank Robyn in particular who has done her upmost to help me, communicate in a timely fashion via email and has helped me resolve the lost item, A big thank you Robyn.

Picture not as clear as the one I sent and took longer than stated to receive them. Boxers are good quality though

I ordered matching golden anniversary aprons and was dissapointed at the quality, as in the photo it looks like it is gold embroidery and it is not, and the material has no body to it. Also, it took a long time in arriving, and I had to go to the post office to collect it. The online purchase was very easy however.

Good, speedy service. I ordered a personalised cushion (the quality of the cushion inside the cover was disappointing for the price - £14.99 - very lightweight and 'cheap' feeling), and two personalised mugs, which were lovely (£15.99 for the pair). Rather expensive, but would have been worth it with a decent cushion. Sadly, when you order over the internet, it's a bit hit and miss. A case of profit over quality/customer satisfaction, perhaps?

Bought thinking I was buying a 2 pint large glass turns out I didn't read description correctly so it was only a 1 pint. Really over priced personalisation wasn't the best quality. Could have probably got the same thing off ebay for half the price.

I wasn't exactly wowed by the quality of my product. I wanted to give it as a main Christmas present but in the end just gave it as an add-on as it looked so cheap. I don't think this website would be my first port of call next time. Customer services were very good though.

Excellent gift, but wasn’t dispatched within 24hrs as stated, it was more like 72hrs, hence it arrived too late for when it was required.

The personalized wine that I ordered is ok for its price. The receiver, liked it found it something new, wine taste good too. The downside, the gift arrived late for the birthday. You can not track it as there is no tracking system. I wasnt happy as a sender.

Had a problem with an engraved wine glasses but I have to say it was dealt with sympathetically and swiftly. I would order items again. Well done The Gift Experience.

The Product was lovely but the timing was hopeless in that it advertised 3-5 days delivery and infact came after 8days

I ordered 4 personalised aprons and although the prints have come out absolutely great I had not realised the quality of the material used for the apron was very very poor and cheap looking. I would not have ordered these had I known they were not on cotton material, which was an error on my part.
