Disappointingly the picture portrays personalised champagne in a presentation box. It arrived in a gold box. The picture was deceiving! I did question it to be told there was a drop down box to pay an extra £5 for presentation box. I didn’t realise until I gave it to our friends that the label was puckered the bottom - again disappointed!! All in all not happy as felt present didn’t look worth the money we paid.
