I ordered a gift on behalf of my Mum for her friend's golden wedding anniversary along with a personalised card. When it came the gift (a glass keepsake) was nice enough but my Mum was unhappy about the bash/scuff marks on the gift box it came in and the card not being folded/printed correctly and I had to request replacements which were better than the originals
