Hi Beckie Thanks for your review, I can see this was ordered on the 1st January and we were closed until 4th January so this might explain why you didn't receive it until the 7th January. I hope you and the recipient are happy with the keepsake!

Ordered mens handkerchiefs in November surprised they didn’t arrive until mid January. In fairness they did keep me informed of the delays

Was Disappointed! I bought a star as a gift, I paid extra because it was a gift! When it arrived i was extremely disappointed…. It looked cheap and Tacky! I was bought one for my birthday and it was gift boxed and in a tin with a note from the person’s who bought it, the certificate was so lovely aswell… But the one I bought looked like someone had just printed it off on their computer! and it was so small… Wouldn’t recommend to be honest… wish I had sent it back for a refund and ordered it from the company mine was bought from. Don’t waste your money folks.

I did give feedback to say I was disappointed in the 2 products I bought. Unfortunately it was a standard response and they didn't follow it up!

Quick delivery however the dressing gowns were very bad quality. The writing was stitched on terribly with lots of bits of materials hanging off.

I don’t usually write reviews, the personalised clock was lovely, and packaged beautifully, but took a while to arrive (only arrived day before birthday) and unfortunately the clock itself wasn’t working (flat battery), which was very disappointing as it was given as a 21st birthday gift. I would have expected this to be checked before despatch.

My daughter got it for me at Christmas and we had a day at clumber park spa the changing rooms and around the pool was not very clean I did not even go in

Ordered the tea pot and the year book for a 40th Anniversary present. The tea pot wasn't in stock and we weren't informed until delivery was due. Then it was delayed another two weeks so we didn't receive till a month after we ordered. For the year book it's was delayed also. The products were great but only order if you don't need urgently.

The cushion was lovely. But the wording was wrong ... You put alway instead of always ! Was too late for me to send back as it was a gift for my poorly aunt

Coaster is wobbly due to the pads not being glued near to the edges of the slate coaster, otherwise good, well engraved

I was delighted to receive the 6 engraved pens which I ordered for Christmas gifts for the family. Very sadly, my husband's pen fell apart the first time he used it, he has tried to fix it but without success so extremly disappointed.I did order the pens from you. See attachments Order number 4737727 made on the 17th November 2020 at 12.26pm. Now other family members are contacting me to say their pens have just fallen apart. This was a very expensive order and I expect excellent quality. I expect a refund from yourselves now and I shall be contacting an Ombudsman with regard to this.
