“I chose The Gift Experience just over 6 years ago to do my daughter's baptism keepsake box & it was exactly how I wanted it. Now 6 years later I used this company for my son's one & again happy with the end product.
The only thing I would say is the box could be bigger and I did get the biggest size, but overall happy.”
“Purchased a personalised cushion, it arrived in good time and the item itself is of an excellent quality. However, the cushion had been stuffed into a flimsy cardboard box and not well sealed, nor was it in a sealed bag or protective covering. Fortunately it had not been raining otherwise the cushion would have been easily damaged. The box arrived a bit battered and easily opened. If my experience is anything to go by then the packaging needs to be improved.”

“The piggy bank itself is good quality, nice and big. I found myself disappointed in the personalisaton as only written via marker pen which after a couple of days of my nephew messing around with it, the wrighting has come off so now not personalised unless i re-write myself. Based on this thought it was expensive for what it was as i could have got something similar online for £10 less and wrote on it myself and still had the same outcome.”
“Bought a gift weekend and a Golden Wedding Anniversary Card. The process was efficient and delivered very quickly, however the front of the card said "congratulations on 50 years married" but the inside of the card said "25" years (which is a silver wedding) - a genuine error that the Company apologised for and refunded the cost of the card. Was rather embarrassing though when presenting the gift to the couple.”

So, overall I got the item I ordered but it took a lot longer than it should have done as the original item was not received. The communication with the customer service team was good.”

“Ordered 2 personalised ruby wedding aprons for a gift for friends wedding anniversary. On arrival the colour of lettering and pattern was more peachy colour than the ruby red as shown on website. Rang and spoke to a very helpful lady who assured me that they would send replacements in the correct colour. Arrived a few days later and they perfect. My only slight criticism would be that the material of the aprons is a bit thin and flimsy, I think I expected the material to be a better quality, however my friends loved them!”

“I bought the wedding day chart which is something a bit different and makes a lovely gift. There were some errors on the chart which was annoying, but they did resolve this quickly so I can't fault them for that.”
“Personalised apron looked very nice from the front but the back was messy - stitching, extra cloth etc. not tidied up. Would have been nice if apron looked ironed but colour of stitching very attractive and think recipient will be very pleased on her birthday. Delivery very prompt.”
