Loved the product however order came wrong the 1st time round. My order was half correct as the engraving had the correct name and message then the last line was incorrect which i cant understand how they got it wrong? It had Love from Wendy? All i wanted was loads of love??? I emailed on the weekend so knew that it would have needed time to be answered too however took a long time on monday to reply when i sent several emails that day also. A new one was sent quite quick considering the pandemic. The new one is correct and now can be gifted.
