Thanks for your review, I am sorry to read that you were unhappy with the packaging. This should have been secured in place either using compostable corn chips or paper wrapping so I am sorry if this wasn't received like that.

“I recently ordered a personalised wine stopper from , I believe now, a sister company. The engraving was so fine I needed a magnifying glass in direct sunlight to read it. I contacted the company and was told the engraving had to be so finely done do as not to damage the metal. Then I saw that The Gift Experience was offering what looked like an identical wine stopper a bit more expensive so thought the engraving may be better. It had the exact same problem so I now have two wine stoppers which to most people will look plain ie not engraved.
Sadly I cannot recommend either company.”

Thanks for your review, I am sorry to read you are unhappy with this.
Unfortunately, as our customer service team outlined we can only engrave to a certain depth so as not to damage the product and this can mean the engraving is subtle but we still love the effect of it.
I am not sure which company you purchased the first one from but I cannot speak about their views on this, as you have not purchased anything with our sister company either.
