“The clock photo frame is tacky and not what was expected. The clock battery compartment does not have a cover and when I queried this was told it was not needed as it won’t show. Of course it will on a dressing table. Rough! Could not return as now engraved”

The cover is not supplied for the battery compartment as the clock is designed to be facing clock face out.
It is correct that the item cannot be returned as it has been personalised, as it's been made to order and it is as described.
