I am however really pleased to read that we were able to get the correctly engraved frame sent out in time for the wedding, please accept my sincere apologies once again for any upset and inconvenience caused.
“I was very pleased with the picture frame. Delivery was very good and packaging excellent. However I was disappointed with the engraving as it was difficult to see unless it was turned a certain way to catch the light.”

I am sorry to read that you are disappointed with the engraving, unfortunately we can only engrave into metal a certain depth before the product or the engraving machine becomes damaged.
