Our sizes are clearly displayed on the website and the description needs to be read and understood fully before purchasing, as unfortunately there is nothing we are able to do to resolve this issue when the error has not been made by us.

“The item i ordered was delivered on time after paying for Saturday delivery. Unfortunately I missed the courier by 5minutes and the parcel wasn’t left in a safe place. But it was redelivered the following day. The gift arrived and the box was damaged which meant i had to quickly find an alternative gift box to make it presentable. I contacted the company to advise and they offered 10% back. The person i dealt with was friendly and helpful and the gift itself was lovely. I didn’t take the 10% offer, but was glad they took on board that their outer packaging could be better to protect the gift box for future orders. Overall the experience was good but better outer packaging could be better.”
