I recently ordered a personalised wine stopper from , I believe now, a sister company. The engraving was so fine I needed a magnifying glass in direct sunlight to read it. I contacted the company and was told the engraving had to be so finely done do as not to damage the metal. Then I saw that The Gift Experience was offering what looked like an identical wine stopper a bit more expensive so thought the engraving may be better. It had the exact same problem so I now have two wine stoppers which to most people will look plain ie not engraved. Sadly I cannot recommend either company.
