“I've used The Cruise Specialists a number of times. Very helpful and very charming, nothing is to much trouble. The staff are there to help in any way they can and do a very good job of it as well. I will be looking for another cruise soon and will definitely be contacting these people. If your thinking of a cruise , don't hold back phone these people you wont be sorry.”

“Apart from a mishap in the Pentland Firth when the ship was hit by undercurrents and tilted quite badly the cruise was excellent. All in all we were highly delighted with everything.”

“the cruise compony have been good ,everthing they do is a good service ,however other agents let them down ,which is why I spoke to them about my last holiday the transfer pickup compony was a shambles,also they told lies about the driver who never came for us ,however we booked a taxi to the ship and paid for it out of my own expences,they did compensate us ,since that issue we regret we have not booked any more cruises with them.”
