“I have booked a cruise using the cruise specialists before and had every faith in them I contacted them several times with questions about my trip and was very pleased with the quick responses and professional manner with which they were dealt I would have no hesitation in recommending them and will be using their services next time I take a cruise.”

“From the first enquiry to the departure the rep was amazing. She answered every email prompt and there were quite a few I'm a bit of a worrier . Paperwork was sent as requested and all the information was available can't thank the team enough.”

“Overall my experience when booking with the Cruise Specialists is very good. If I ask a question they will always get back to me with an answer. On the one occasion I had a problem with my accommodation in Miami,when it was my Golden wedding anniversary, they were able to obtain a refund and gave me a voucher.”

“Had a change of personnel looking after our booking which wasn't helpful. We were not told about an extra service charge at our hotel, which was a sizeable sum, and had we known would probably have booked somewhere else. We were not notified that our cruise boat was being refurbished; in fact communication was very poor considering the amount of money spent.”

“The telephone staff are very good. Your price package is acceptable but not as good as Broadway travel. Not certain what will happen if your commander in Chief Nicola Fish gets her way and gives you independence from the mother country? Exchange rates may be a killer.”

“We have used The Cruise Specialists for many years and have always been impressed with the professional, friendly and helpful service we have received. Booking a cruise has always been easy and they have gone out of their way to obtain a good deal for us,always at a very competitive price. We must mention David Brown, our normal contact, who has helped us in many ways, something we are very grateful for.”

“I have booked several cruise through The Cruise Specialist and have always found them to be very competitive price wise. Also the staff are very helpful and easy to deal with. At no time do you feel under pressure to make a booking and if you do make a booking they give you a £50.00 loyalty voucher to use against your next booking. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.”
