“The arrangements for our last cruise from Fort Lauderdale to West Caribbean were very good and the cruise itself was excellent. Due to delays getting off the ship (medical emergency) the transfer taxi did not wait for us but we simply got a $15 taxi ride to the airport.”

“We booked a Christmas and New Year Cruise as we thought that it would be very special. Apart from a few bits of tinsel you would have been hard pushed to know it was Christmas, there was very little Seasonal Joy, entertainment was very poor. The high light of the Christmas Entertainment was the children's show, the play team should be very proud of them selves, by far out classed the entertainment manager. Apart from the Fireworks in Madeira, which were fantastic , New Year on the ship was none existent. The uniformed crew (not the cabin and restaurant crew) were cold and seemed totally worn out and lacked lustre. The cruise was an absolute waste of money.”

“I/we ALWAYS receive excellent, and VERY personal, service from our usual cruise booking agent, who almost seems/feels like a personal friend now, having had a booking and "help & advice" relationship with her for several years now. We receive a lot of information (both by email and post) of a wide variety of cruises available. While much of it is not necessarily of personal interest, many of these documents/emails have helped a great deal finding out about future cruises, special offers, etc”

“Everyone laughed when we told them we we're going on a one night cruise. Newcastle to Tilbury you must be mad they said. However, when we got home and told them about it they decided to book one for themselves. Now 17 of my friends have booked Hull to Rosyth next July and the cost is only £89 for 2 people - YES for 2. She who laughs last laughs longest Ha Ha !!”
