“We've dealt with The Cruise Specialist for years for our cruises holidays. We've found them to be knowledgeable and efficient at bringing all transportation aspects of our holiday together, along with the cruise itself. We have and do, fully recomnend !”

“What I would say is you have to do everything yourself and if u don't have a printer u have to ask them to do it for you, which they are happy to do. Usually go on P & O and there is more info., but with Royal Caribbean there is little info about the trip, also overwhelming regarding other stuff on their site. Have done a lot of cruises with you am not sure about value but I like to know where I am on the ship especially if it is a long journey!!!”

“Have used Cruise Specialists for 5-6 yrs now and they are always most courteous and helpful when finding a good cruise deal !! (don't think they have ever failed to beat a price from elsewhere) plus the £50 Loyalty voucher is always welcome from them ,I don't think my wife and I would be going elsewhere for a great price on a Cruise Thank You all at CS's !! “We contacted the cruise specialist after consulting 2 other travel agents and NCL direct, we found them extremely helpful, they not only sorted out the cruise we wanted at a great price but the transfers, flights and hotel. We had regular contact and updates and were very pleased with the service. We would certainly use them again”

“As I have indicated above I am very pleased with the service you provide but would like to point out that I have a problem with luggage labels. First I receive instructions to print off labels. I then go to the trouble of making them waterproof etc., then they arrive in the post. I think you should make it clear if or if not you will be supplying the official luggage labels that have the cruise or hotel details. One final point, on my last cruise I had been moved to a different cabin without my permission.”
