“SS Antoinette is a beautiful ship and very well appointed and everything you need is provided ie: hairdryer, gels, shampoo, magnifying mirror, dressing gowns etc. Also all your drinks are included, I love champagne and my family drink whisky all readily available and different wines each evening with dinner. The food was excellent and the service superb, all the staff had a lovely sense of humour , only one member could be slightly "grumpy"! The excursions and guides were also excellent. The only "downside" is that there are so many ships now on the rivers, that sometimes when your moor, you are 2-3 ships deep and looking into someone else's bedroom window. Not really what you expect for the price, which you have paid. The only other thing is that the timing of meals and early evening entertainment is geared for the Americans, rather early and they do like you to go to dinner later than 7.30pm. However it was a very good experience.”

“Disappointed with precruise hotel certainly not up to standard of previous cruise at Westin Excelsior which was not made available to us this time. It was noted that likely all of Americal guests were accommodated at the Westin. Disappointed also that a dog was allowed in our breakfast area. Otherwise the cruise was perfect.”

“Staff have always been very helpful and courteous with bookings and queries. I have never felt I was being rushed whenever I have had the need to ring up. Just knowing the staff are there to help and advise you at anytime from the beginning to the end of your cruise is really reassuring in itself, leaving you to have a more carefree and confident holiday. Full marks to The Cruise Specialist staff.”

“Very good value cruise to the Med. Food entertainment and cabins very good. Only fault was toilets were not cleaned often enough, and thus, toilets were often dirty!”
