Reserved in April for a travel in July. Paid for it in full. Driver was a no show at the airport in Naples. Called the number on my voucher for Italy. The phone was disconnected. The girl at the Tourist Info Center at the airport even dialed the number on a land line and got the same result. The phone was disconnected. Sunstransfer called me from the UK!!! An hour and 15 minutes after they were suppose to have picked me up (and my kids!!). I had already arrived at the hôtel by taxi. Upon my return in Canada, received an e-mail from them implying that I did not call the number on the voucher. Refund ? Noooo! Excuses noooo. Do not use this company. They are liars and thieves. Take the taxi from the Naples commune(there white). The rate are regulated and way cheaper 15 euros in comparaison to the 37,50 euros I have paid to Suntransfer for no service at all.

AL MOMENTO DELL'ARRIVO NON C'ERA NESSUNO. Dopo esserci rivolti a Suntransfers proprio per aver garantito e assicurato il trasporto aeroporto-porto di Spalato, di modo da non perdere la coincidenza della nave, al momento dell'arrivo dell'aereo non ci aspettava nessuno. Abbiamo cercato a lungo qualcuno con il cartello di riferimento nella zona arrivi dell'aeroporto, ma nessuno di Suntransfers era lì ad attenderci. Dopo aver perso una decina di minuti invano nella ricerca, siamo stati costretti a ricorrere ad un taxi del luogo che ci portasse a destinazione, avendo così buttato i 39€ di prenotazione e aggiungendo a questi ulteriori 50€ del secondo servizio. Inutile dire che per scarsi minuti abbiamo perso la coincidenza del traghetto, dovendo così porre rimedio acquistando ulteriori biglietti per quello successivo ed ultimo (l'unica fortuna che ci ha permesso di non dover poi cercare un albergo dove passare la notte). Nel tragitto in nave riceviamo una chiamata dal servizio, con la speranza di avere delle scuse o un eventuale rimborso, mentre ciò che ci viene detto, o meglio ammonito, è di non aver chiamato il numero di riferimento quando ci si è resi conto di non trovare la persona che avrebbe dovuto condurci al porto. Domando scusa, ma se si prenota e paga il servizio per poter essere tranquilli di avere la macchina con conducente pronta e diretta alla destinazione indicata, e con coincidenza imminente e calcolata, come si può pensare di telefonare al servizio? Per poi dover comunque aspettare l'arrivo di un qualcuno con un'altra macchina? E sprecando quanto tempo, per poi arrivare inevitabilmente in ritardo? La prima cosa intelligente che ci è sembrato di fare è stata la ricerca di un rimedio, salendo sul primo taxi disponibile nelle immediate vicinanze. Dopo una valanga di mail in cui ci si chiedeva di raccontare l'accaduto, con una parvenza di un possibile rimborso, inutile dire che questo non ci è stato concordato, e che la responsabilità rimaneva comunque nostra nel non aver avvertito nell'immediato il servizio (certo, con una nave pronta a salpare 30 minuti dopo chiunque si sarebbe seduto su di una panca e avrebbe telefonato). Ammoniti e inevitabilmente delusi di un servizio tanto vergognoso. Mai più Suntransfers!

Driver left myself and a 8 year old child at the wrong airport in north Africa- 100km from the airport we should have been at. Missed our flight, the only one back to Birmingham that WEEK and had to obtain a new flight to London, trains and all manner of nonsense to get us home. Suntransfers are refusing to give any of the costs incurred back. It took me to negotiate with 5 taxi drivers who did not speak English to get myself and my child to safety. As there is a closed currency in Tunisia, I had no cash. Several times i was roughly taken from the taxi and my daughter left in the backseat while they took my card from me and tried to take money from my account but machines would not allow such a large withdrawal. I was genuinely scared for our lives. Worst customer service I've ever encountered since this happened, and not a single penny of money returned to me

Booked and paid for return transfers from Ibiza airport: 30 minute journey £175 for family with 2 small children (child car seats included). Flight was delayed and when we finally arrived at 03:00 the driver had not turned up. I was told by the SunTransfer operator that the driver was not answering his phone and they could not help. Appalling service and absolutely no way of contacting in Ibiza during office hours - could only get the night staff very late at night. Now trying to get my payment refunded and their only response to my complaint has been "We are sorry that on this occasion we could not reach a mutually satisfactory solution, but we hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future" I suggest that no-one in their right mind will consider allowing this company to "serve" them. Avoid!

Failed to turn up for in & outbound journeys! Having used Suntransfers on a previous visit to Barcelona aswell as in Valencia & Madrid, had no hesitation to book with them again for our recent return to Barcelona, however after our recent experience, won't be using them again! Suntransfers failed to show up for our booked collection at Barcelona airport. After an hour of calls in which they blamed an early arrival, heavy traffic (there wasn't much traffic at all) and then not being able to contact driver, we had no alternative, but to get a taxi as Suntransfers were unwilling/unable to arrange an alternative collection. Having let us down on arrival, I was nervous as to whether they would let us down again for our return collection. My wife called 45 minutes before our booked collection and was assured a driver would be there on time.... however they failed to show up again, same excuses given, forcing us again to find alternative transport to the airport for our flight home. Suntransfers failured in every aspect of this booking. This episode showed me that taxis to/from Barcelona Airport are easy to get, more reliable and cheaper than Suntransfers. I have since found out Suntransfers have a habit of failing to show up in Barcelona. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

We were dropped off in Barcelona 1050 pm on a side walk and was asked to make our own way down the Gothic areas to our hotel because the company was driving a to larger van to take my self and my wife with all our luggage and it was about 2 K M away we had to struggle to make it to the hotel it took us about 45 minutes as we we so upset with the treatment of the so called door to door service what a joke we had a nother 2 transfer booked and the same thing was going to happen so we canceled them and just cout a taxie We gad no problem with the taxes

j'ais vecu un calvaire avec cette pseudo compagni ils m'ont abondonne en plein nuit avec mon epouse de 3hdu matin a 6h30 J'ais ete oblige de payer le double a un taxi par soldarite je vous prie d'aretter toute relation avec cette bande sutout q'uil ont encaisser l'argent sans la moindre execuse impossible de les contacter;je vais les poursuivre en justice c'est une bande de voleurs les dechets du capital voila coment ils se font l'argent sur les dos des gens

Viví una pesadilla con este pseudo compañero que me dejaron en el medio de la noche con mi esposa de 3 a 6:30 a.m. Me vi obligado a pagar el doble de un taxi por soldado. Te ruego que negocies cualquier relación con este sutout banda que cobran el dinero sin el menor execuse imposible contactarlos

I lived a nightmare with this pseudo companion they left me in the middle of the night with my wife from 3am to 6:30 am I was forced to pay double to a taxi per soldier I beg you to negotiate any relationship with this band sutout that they cash the money without the least execuse impossible to contact them

AVOID THIS COMPANY......THEY WILL SPOIL THE START OF YOUR HOLIDAY....very very late...on pick up...TOLD TO USE THE TAXI SERVICE BY AIRPORT INFO DESK....both trips driven by mad men preoccupied with paperwork & mobile phones whilst driving....HOW WE DID NOF HAVE AN ACCIDENT GOD ONLY KNOWS......on return ignored pickup time we specified on the booking form making us late at the airport....did not know which terminal to drop us at...????.....BOTH TIMES THE DRIVERS COULD NOT GIVE A FLYING TOSS.....TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE......GET A BUS.....OR WALK !!!!!!......THIS COMPANY IS BAD...

sun transfer let us down cancelling our taxi to the airport with less then 9hrs notice. They emailed us at 23.05 and all I can say is thank god I check my email before going to bed. If I had gone to bed earlier I would of missed it. Our taxi was due to pick us up at 7.45am to catch our flight home. We were staying in a villa in Gran Alicante with my husband and two young children, unable to speak much Spanish and with great difficulty we did manage to re book another taxi but it was a stressful few hours. When I called suntransfer they basically told me it wasn’t there problem apparently the taxi drivers in Spain were on strike. (We saw no evidence of this) but they didn’t offer any help what so ever.... Oh and the local taxi was half the price of sun transfer.

Our transfer did not arrive as the driver was apparently waiting in the wrong place. We then had to pay another company twice the amount as we needed to get to the airport. Rude and unhelpful staff both online and on email, and we have now been refused a refund. I would avoid this company and would use someone more reliable.

We booked and paid online for pick up at hotel to transfer to Amsterdam Airport (Schipol) on the way to a cruise in Stockholm. First transfer was scheduled for 7/12 4:30 am for a 7:30 am. Driver didn’t show up, we called multiple times, and were assured driver was on the way. A taxi showed up about 30 minutes later. We made the booking for the transfer before we left Atlanta, so had another reservation for our return on 7/23. We had a (paid) reservation to be pick up at hotel in Amsterdam to airport at 6:15 am. Again driver was a no show. We called the number on the reservation and they told us someone will call us back. No one called us and we called again. This time we were told driver was on his way and would be there in 4 or 5 minutes. It took more than 15 minutes after the third call. Driver arrived showed up at 6:47 am. 32 minutes late and driver didn’t even help with loading the luggage. This company put all of us unnecessary stress since we were concerned about missing our flight. Which we almost did. Not the way we wanted to finish our vacation. Will never us this service again

Pesimo servicio Alejandra no pudo adelantar mi traslado ya q hubo un adealnto en mi itinerario de solo una hora Me dijo q no podia despertar al conductor para q pase a las 10.20am Aun asi no me quiso devolver el dinero aun habiendo pagado el seguro Vale la pena pagar un piquitito mas en otras empresas y tener un servicio de primera

Driver not waiting at terminal, contact made only by phone. Had to pay 8 euros car parking (on top of fee paid for pick up). Terrible service. Would not recommend at all
