When my phone was found in the car of my transfer, the customer service people at SunTransfer assured me that it would be returned, no fees, because the driver would be returning to the port. Roughly twenty minutes prior to the meeting time, I received a call saying that plans had changed, and now they would be charging me a full transfer fee for the drop off. It was only after I gave them my credit card information, awaiting a "full transfer from airport" as was described, that I found the driver sitting outside the port, 2 minutes away. They of course were counting on me paying the money, even though they were already conveniently at the port, thus no extra transfer to airport had been required after all. It was a company out to take advantage of a vulnerable customer, and not honouring their initial agreement of waiving all fees. A company must honour their agreement, however much they did not "mean it." After multiple attempts to speak with Customer service, and receiving "20% off my next transfer" I just want people to know before they book their next trip- beware of the fine print, because even the fine print doesn't apply when they change their mind. I would rather burn money than spend it on another transaction with this crooked company.

Do not use if you are booking a transfer from Antalya. No meet and greet as sold, so we were wandering around arrivals for 10 minutes, eventually finding someone who turned up late holding a Sun Transfers sign. Waited another 15-20 minutes for the driver who was late, no explanation or apology. Then he dropped us off at the wrong hotel. We had to pay to get a taxi to our actual hotel, another 5km down the road...Paying 50 Euros for a private transfer, the least you expect is to be dropped at the right place y'know, even with shoddy service? It gets worse. The customer service did nothing about it and claimed we were dropped at our hotel. No apology or offer of compensation. Such a shame as we booked based on the number of positive reviews and our experience was SO far removed from that. Didn't ruin the holiday, but be warned NOT to use them if you're travelling from Antalya.

I have used Suntransfers many times in the past and usually get a standard taxi but on a visit in May 2018, which was a special occasion I ordered a premium car (they show a Mercedes E class on their booking page) to take us from Luqa airport to the Hilton Hotel in St Julians. What they provided was a minivan. When I complained they said that it was a Mercedes minivan and as such they were not inclined to offer any compensation. I have been a regular customer of this company but because of their insulting response will be looking elsewhere for all of my future trips.

The Suntransfer service in Malta is a disaster and a nightmare. If you do not want to miss a plane, skip this company far from. Usługi Suntransfer na Malcie to katastrofa i koszmar. Jeżeli nie chcecie spóźnić się na samolot, to omijajcie ta firme z daleka. Suntransfer-tjänsten på Malta är en katastrof och en mardröm. Om ni inte vill missa ett plan, hoppa över det här företaget långt ifrån.

Bogus company. They did not show up and I was left stranded at Nice Airport. They refused to give me a refund. I don't believe these five star reviews.

We booked what we thought was a return transfer last week however upon the departure date at 05.15 and no sign of a driver I called the company. The operator on the end advised me he would contact his operations department to see where the driver was and call me back. After ten minutes and no call back I decided to ring again. This time the agent advised me that my booking was actually for Feburary and not May. This obviously was a mistake on our part but why did the first operator not pick up on this? And why at this time of the morning with two small children did the second operator not offer me any alternative. Luckily we speak Spanish and were able to locate a taxi but I dread to think what another family in this situation would have done, Why did we recieve no email or phone call in Feburary when we didn’t turn up for the transfer that was booked. Why was no email sent to review the service we booked for Feburary. If this had been done then we would have realised our error. We will not be using this service again. A taxi was also cheaper than the service so make sure you shop around before using this company.

They should let you know that with the shuttle you can arrive at the airport 4 hours earlier and since my flight was at 6 AM waiting in the airport since 2 AM was not a good experience. They let you know the hour 24 hours before your flight so you can't even cancel it.

My wife, my four year old, my 18month old and myself immigrated to Ireland. Big deal, stressful situation. We were traveling with 8 checked in bags and 6 carry ons. So to try and alleviate some of the difficulty and stress I booked a transfer with your company. I chose your company because I saw so many good reviews. Well, big mistake! I booked pick up for 13:00, even though my flight landed at 12. I did this because I knew we would probably take a bit longer than average at immigration and baggage collection. I was correct, the immigration line was long and slow. Not easy with a crying toddler who had just traveled 18 hours and for the first time. Then baggage collection. My wife had to hold and console our still crying toddler and keep our four year old with her too. I had to get the 8 checked in bags off the baggage carousel and on to two trolleys. Then two adults had to manage two fully loaded baggage trolleys and two small children. Almost impossible. When we came out, no one was there for us. My wife then saw on her phone that she had a missed call five minutes ago. At this point at was 13:25. 25 minutes after my specified pick up time. But I knew about the complimentary waiting time so I thought we were still fine. Then I phoned your help line. I was told the driver arrived at 12, when the plane did. I booked the transfer for 13:00. The person on the phone said you go according to flight arrival, not times on bookings. Why even give a time option then? And surely if you know what you are doing, you should know that people don't just walk off the plane and into the arrival hall. And things take even longer when it's international travel. Which is standard practice. In all my international travels for work I have never gotten out into the arrival hall in less than 45 minutes. And that's travelling alone with only carry on luggage. Nevermind traveling as a family with lots of checked luggage. From my booking info alone you should have been able to figure out that we had multiple passengers and lots of luggage. It makes absolutely no sense that your driver arrived to fetch us at 12. So again, if your company knows what it's doing and if you go on flight arrivals, your driver should have expected us at 12:45 at the VERY earliest. So your driver should have left at 13:45 at the very earliest. I still have great issue with the fact that I took all the obvious hold ups into consideration and booked the transfer for 13:00. You clearly have no respect for your customer's requests. Your 'helpline' is no help at all. We asked for another driver. To be told we will have to pay the 57 euro again. We asked for a refund to be told that is not handled over the phone. I spent over 25 minutes on the phone, paying international rates and I received no solution from your company. No assistance. No care. My four year old and toddler were in a complete state the entire time and my wife and I were utterly frazzled from all the stress. Even in your email it says this matter will take 20working days to resolve. Which is ridiculous. I paid for a service which I did not receive. Through absolutely NO fault of my own. We ended up finding a taxi, that was cheaper than your service. But the big problem for me was that my four year old did not have a car seat. I had booked one with our transfer, but obviously taxi's don't have them. This was a big safety risk, a risk that we had no choice but to take because of your failure to provide the service we paid for. To say I am disappointed in your customer service is an overwhelming understatement. You added so much more pressure to our already stressful circumstance, offered no help or solution to the problem that your company created. As a result, you have 57 euro of mine that you have no right to and I expect it back. You should also reimburse me for the 25 minute international phonecall to your helpline.

Horrible!!!! I booked for my transfer to the airport. After 40 minutes and many phone calls the taxi didn't arrive.

Booked for 8 people with 8 bags - there was only 5 people - so there was enough room for us all. One of the passengers uses a wheelchair so I was surprised to get an email requesting another €49 because we had ‘chosen the wrong vehicle’. This is discrimination and a cheap way to make money. Would not recommend or use this company ever again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I booked Suntransfers.com for my transfer to a ferry terminal to then catch a flight. After 45 minutes and many phone calls the taxi didn't arrive, we missed the ferry crossing and after 45 minutes to be told the driver was lost after giving directions many times. Luckily we managed to get a lift from a passer by as if we missed the next ferry we would have missed our flight.

I have paid and confirmed booking on 4 am, 8th April 2018 in Menton , France but the driver did not show up at all , Uber driver transferred me to airport . reviews in suntransfer.com chated me .

Driver did not show up at the pick up location. Called the number listed, agent assured me that the driver was at the pick up location and promised to call me back. No call back, no driver, no ride...despite a one hour wait and various calls to the agent. Took a normal taxi at the end. Suntranfers took more then two weeks to come up with a solution: a refund of exactly the amount I already paid. No compensation, nothing extra. Very disappointing service, I will never use this company again

Driver was really rude terrible atitude he dropped my daughter and I off at other end of Benidorm we had a 20min walk to our hotel , he made me climb under bus to get our suitcases while he sat on bus , I spoke on the phone to Scottish women from suntransfers and she also was really rude other people on the bus could hear her shouting down phone and were appalled at her attitude she wouldn't tell me her name when I asked. I would NEVER use this company again .

Gick ej att boka om upphämtning då planet var kraftigt försenat utan var tvungen att boka av samt boka en helt ny transfer. det stod ingen bil på flygplatsen vi landade i Cancun mitt i natten. Trots att vi hade bekräftelse och betalt. Fick ringa en kundtjänst som skickade en ny bil. om då var på plats 50 minuter efter bokad tid. Vi krav på kompensation erbjuds jag 10 % rabatt på nästa resa! Att det går fel är en sak men att man som företag ej förstår vad service och kundvård är riktigt illa!!! Undvik detta bolag!!!!

Horrible service dont ever use them . Booked and paid in advance for a private car return trip from and to Bali airport for a private transfer . When we reach , we are given an old bus in extremely dilapidated state with poor air conditioning and horrible seating . When we insist on private car we were made to wait for 10 mins . Expecting a similar service on return we cancel the booking only to be told no refund as return booking was cancelled 24 hours before journey .

Our booked driver has not come overhapt. We would have to take a taxi. The 50 € paid fees were only partially tolerate (23 €) because allegedly I did not call the service at the airport. After a long night flight, clearing and valuing another driver would be unreasonable for us. Very bad service. Stay away from this company !!!

Driver showed up 40 minutes late. I had to call twice to get answer from their service people and they wouldn't let me have a refund so I could go get a normal taxi until they wasted enough time for the driver to finally arrive. Awful, use someone else.
