Well, where to begin. We, a party of seventeen, were left waiting at the airport. When contacted, one minibus arrived. There were then a series of discussions, not in conversational English either. Eventually we were taken to our Hotel and arrangements made to ensure that the pickup after our weekend would not be the same. Should have guessed! Three mini busses pulled up exactly on time. Then the drivers began to argue. Goodness knows what about ... it appeared to be something to do with not all seats being filled on the vans. Our van driver was rude, very rude. We were then taken on the most aggressive and dangerous drive I have ever known, weaving, tailgating and speeding the way to the airport. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

The driver was very rude and aggressive. We were kept waiting for no reason as he counted and re-counted the passengers. A third party had to translate before the driver finally agreed to transport us back to the airport. We were very anxious about missing our flight and when the journey eventually started the driver went at such speed it made for a very uncomfortable drive. Very bad customer service :-(.

Awful service. The drivers turned up on time to take us back to the airport but refused to take our party of 17 people at first. We had lengthy discussions and they eventually took us on what can only be described as a hair raising journey - thank heavens for seat belts is all I’ll say. Drivers were rude and aggressive, I would not recommend using this company to transfer ever again!!

We would never recommend using this company. We booked a family trip to Chicago for 3 nights & booked for a car to pick us up from the airport to take us to our hotel & again for the return trip 3 days later. The car arrived to pick us up at the airport. The return trip was another story. We booked for the car to pick us up at the hotel for 05:45 he didn’t arrive. We Spoke to the company via live chat because when we called the number on the booking confirmation it directed us to their website to use the live chat.They were sure the driver was there even though he wasn’t answering his phone when they were calling him.There were cars coming & going from the hotel but none were for us. My wife even went knocking on the stationary cars to ask the drivers but no one was there for us. In the end we had to get an uber otherwise we would of missed our flight back to the UK. Suntransfers agreed to pay for the uber upon receiving the receipt. Back home we sent the receipt & also asked them to refund half of the €242.oo back as they never fulfilled their contract. They paid back £105.00 and no refund for the Uber. They practically told us on email that that was all they were going to do. We have lost out on the unaccounted $60.oo that we had to pay to get to the airport in time for our flight. We would never use them again the whole service was absolutely disgusting they’re only interested in taking your money.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY January 2019 - We booked a private transfer and paid €160 from Murcia Covera to Mojácar. On collection they had sent an 19 seater bus to complete the whole journey. The bus was ancient and limited to 80 kmph, squeaky and rattling for over 2 hours. It was too big to access the road up to our house and we had to walk the last 300 meters as the bus couldn’t get up the hill. On complaining they said in the small print they can ‘substitute ‘ vehicles and apologised and offer 20% off ... not acceptable. We paid for comfort and speed and got neither. Next time book with exclusiveairportshuttles they charge the price of a bus €25. DONT USE THIS COMPANY

despite having printed our vouchers our booking was cancelled 24 hours before departure, meaning a stressful re-organisation of our travel plans, difficult to contact, book with caution and make sure you have a plan B

Never again - I would give them negative points if it were possible. An obviously inexperienced driver supposedly came to the airport (we never saw him) before our plane arrived (a long international flight). He or she waited less than an hour (although passport control alone took 40 minutes!). Suntransfers left us, after 24 hours of travel, with no transport and, since they refuse to refund the £120 we paid for a transfer of 100km, with a big financial loss. Instead, we are supposed to be responsible for not appearing!

Avoid at all costs!!’ I would give no stars or 5 turds if I could. I booked this very expensive transfer from Florence Airport to the centre of Florence. The driver had a lousy attitude, and did not help with luggage even though I had paid for an executive meet and greet service. Leaving us to struggle with a baby pushchair and lots of suitcases. I also paid extra for a child seat for a one year old baby, instead I was provided with a child seat for a large child despite making the age of the child clear. To make matters worse, the driver could not find our destination which was right opposite Palazzo Pitti the largest Palazzo in Florence by far. The guy dropped us off on a street corner and lied that this was the destination. He tried to drive off and I had to stop him and ask him exactly where the building was. It soon emerged that he was lying and we were in the wrong street. He tried this trick several times. I reported this to Suntransfers and I corresponded with someone there who was worse than useless, and lectured me on not bringing my own child seat to Florence in the first place. She went on to deny all of the above and offered a 10% discount if I used their service again. As though I would be stupid enough to do that. These people are irresponsible, unsafe and worse than useless!! Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!

I booked a taxi this yesterday. Unfortunately I got delayed by German security and had a very short connection time so missed my flight. I emailed suntransfer with my new time but received no replies to the 2 emails I sent and no-one there to meet me at airport. I recommend that anyone visiting KIEV avoid using this company they are too unreliable. SCAM Once they have your money from the internet you will never hear from them again. SUNTRANSFERS ALL VISITORS TO KIEV AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAQUE

Awful service. Driver not in arranged location then when we found her she was rude, played loud rock music and was texting while driving/ driving unsafely with one hand on the wheel. When we complained Sun Transfers said they could not process our complaint as it was over 28 days after the incident. (we filed our complaint 30 days after the incident because we were on holiday). We would NEVER use this company again and think their customer service is absolutely appalling!

We had booked an airport transfer with premium limousine service. Unfortunately we were escorted to a 12 seats Minibus instead. Neither the driver nor the receiving lady were able to communicate in English. After complaining to the customer "care", we were told, that usually it should have been a "Audi A6, BMW 5, Mercedes C or Mercedes E Class. However, these vehicle categories are not common therefore, Toyota vehicles are accepted as premium vehicles." Really? Instead of an Audi A6 a 20 years old Toyota Minibus is accepted? As I wrote back, that I am not satisfied with this answer I received an email with "(...) having reconsidered our response, I believe it was appropriate and fair." I don't think so. Never ever "Suntransfers" in any country again.

I've been somewhat 'forced' to write this negative review due to Suntransfers not replying to my email/compliants. Basically the transfer Id booked to pick us up from JFK on the 6th October did not show up at the 'contracted time' at the 'contracted location', it is that simple. I asked the airport personnel if I could be mistaken about the pick up location..no Sir was the response (some had not heard of Suntransfers), in essence 45 mins after landing me and my Lady (20th anniversary off to a flying start...thanks Suntransfers !) paid $70 dollars and jumped in a Yellow cab who completed the job quicker and more economically than Suntransfers, obviously I cancelled the return leg, easily done online, no questions asked. What about my refund ? NEVER AGAIN SUNTRANSFERS.

My family and I took a trip to Paris and scheduled a Sun transfer to bring us to the airport; it was scheduled to pick us up at 9:35. At 9:25, the 4 of us went outside to wait on our 1 way street. We waited for 20 minutes in sheer panic of missing our flight then we went to a hotel nearby to call the number on the voucher. However the hotel representative told us the number would not work so we just called a taxi as it was almost 9:55 and we had to be at the airport for 11 (the drive was about an hour from where we were staying). We attempted to contact the other method indicated on the form however because allowing you to connect with a live agent, you have to get past 'Amy' their online representative. Which is extremely difficult. I was only able to get passed her after we spent 30 minutes at the airport. We then requested a refund however they are telling us that the driver told them that we were not available for pick up. And since we did not have access to a phone, we will not be getting our money back. Suntransfers took a wonderful vacation and turned it into a nightmare in all of 20 minutes.

Warning, Thailand! I booked and paid for a premium bus and got a old beat up Toyota. I asked for the price difference back but got this response. "In the majority of destinations premium vehicles are usually one of the following: Audi A6, BMW 5, Mercedes C or Mercedes E Class. These vehicle categories are not common in Thailand therefore, Toyota vehicles are accepted as premium vehicles." So even if you book a premium your going to get the basic and no refund! BEWARE!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I've booked a taxi months ago to avoid stress during my holiday. Everything was good From the airport to the hotel but from the hotel to the airport it was a real nightmare. We had the appointment at 5:15PM. At 5:25, no taxi driver. Nor the driver or suntranfer called me so I had to call them and of course pay for it :) "Customer service" told me that they would call the driver and call me back after. 5:34, no taxi driver and no call from the "customer service" so I had to call you back and so pay for this useless communication. They told me that there was a problem with my reservation. Strange because I received a confirmation by email the day of departure. And everything was good for the first transfer... No one could give me the reason of cancellation. No one could arrange a new taxi for me. The hotel arrange a a taxi in less than 10 minutes but I had to pay for a new taxi and also the phone calls. (20Euros for the phone call to you and another extra 36 euros for the taxi) I have lost a lot of time and money due to your incompentent service. I have paid for a service that I never received. It's the first and last time that I use your poor company. It's not normal that we have to contact you when there an issue with your driver and that you have the nerve to ask us to arrange our taxi. You are a taxi company and we pay you to arrange a taxi. I know you will write that you are sorry and that I can write a claim. I will write everywhere where I can how disappointed I'm and I will write a claim soon for sure. For the future clients, please have a look at the bad comments on tripadvisor. Awful experience with Sun Transfers. Specified a pick up time, which is stated on the booking form as *Local time* there was no mention at this point that local related to the airport picked up from not the place you were leaving from. There was mention of this at the bottom of the voucher that you need to present to the driver but the stunning lack of clarity made this an incredibly stressful experience. When calling the helpline staff where incredibly unhelpful border line rude and obstinate. The drivers himself however was friendly and helpful and shares no blame in this debacle. Would not reccomend

Booked for international trip into Barcelona - long story short they never showed up to pick us up. After major issues tying to contact them, international calling and data service, we waiting for over 2.5 hours, multiple promised to pick us up, we got a taxi to our hotel, and promptly cancelled the return trip Welcome transfer we used in Madrid was Super - would never recommend Suntransfer.
