“Great experience - was met as we exited Seville Airport arrivals. Very obliging friendly driver, we stopped at a cafe en route to get some food. Car very clean with all Covid protocols. Would use again as it took all the hassle out of getting bus & train.”

“very efficient, collected at airport on time and at resort on return journey. driver friendly and helpful giving us a lot of local information whilst in transit. vehicle was in good condition and large enough for our requirements. have used suntransfers before and will use them again. never had any problems on any trips. recommended.”

“Booked a transfer from Dubai Airport to Palm for 2 adults, 3 children and suitable size people mover. They provided a clown car barely capable of making the journey, not enough room so we had to book separate taxi. No child seat as paid for. Call them, explain and no call back, email them wait 4 weeks and get told no refund as I should have called them. Just a dreadful service all round”

“As said on trustpilot and tripadvisor do not use this company any problems are your fault not theirs.So guess what they keep your money say they have investigated what a load of hogwash.93 euros for no service not bad little number if you can get it.And again steer clear.”

“We booked a car from Seville Airport to Cadiz on 28/10/21. The driver spoke some English and my husband spoke some Spanish and we managed to converse for the whole journey. On the day we travelled, they were working on Seville Airport, which meant the driver had a long wait for us to exit security. He was very patient and we enjoyed our journey with him. Fortunately, we had the same driver for our return journey and, again, the service was great. Would definitely recommend this company, as we have used them before and have always had good service.”

“This is a scam. Do not book. Left us stranded in Mexico for 2 hours after an 11 hour flight and had to take another taxi in the end as they did not show up. Reported this scam to the police. They will take your money and leave you stranded .”

“El servicio fue pésimo. Llegamos 11:45am a NY, el servicio nos recogería 12pm. Luego de constantes comunicaciones con el call center de SunTransfers, quienes no podían indicarnos ni la placa ni la marca del auto que nos recogería, logramos ubicar al conductor a las 12:50pm, que esperaba en la comodidad de su auto, no se acercó con ningún cartel a buscarnos. Recomiendo seriamente usar Uber o similar, no conviene no saber donde está tu conductor, esta empresa nos decía que el auto estaba en el paradero de recojo C, y eso no era cierto.”

“Der Fahrer ist nicht gekommen, trotzdem ich eine Stunde am vereinbarten Treffpunkt gewartet habe. auch der Versuch über ihre Servivezentrale funktionierte nicht. entweder ging keiner ans Telefon, oder ich wurde einfach weggedrückt. es war kein weiterer Ansprechpartner zu erreichen. Auf meine Reklamation wurde nicht reagiert. Ich warte bis heute noch auf Rückerstattung Ich kann nur vor dieser Firma Warnen”

“Appalling service. Do NOT book with this company. Booked transfer for student daughter travelling from student accommodation in Spain to Barcelona airport as had heavy bag and first time travelling alone. Sun transfers confirmed the booking which was made weeks in advance. On the morning of travel, they did not turn up. I phoned them from the Uk and they told me they had made an admin error and the driver was in a completely different place an hour away. They then rang my daughter (by now soaked in the rain) to phone for a local cab, which she did. However, she did not have money to pay for it. They told her to stick it on a credit card. She had already told them she was an 18 year old student travelling alone and she doesn’t have a credit card and only a little cash (she’s a student). Everything had been paid for in advance and as a student on the last day or the month, she did not have the EUR 70 in her account to pay for the local cab!!! They then rang me and told me to transfer the money which I had already explained to them, takes several hours from my GBP account to EUR. They told her to get in the cab anyway…but that I’d now have to sort it out as there was nothing they could do. Eventually I managed to transfer to an old GBP account of hers and she was able to pay on that (luckily she had the card with her). They did not apologise or show any support. One lady we spoke to tried a bit but didn’t really care. The other was just rude and implied that it was irresponsible to travel without a certain amount of cash!! They have not called back to apologise or check she has safely got to Barcelona and been able to pay. They just told her yo email the receipt from the taxi to them and they should be able yo reimburse it. Do not use this company.”

“After an overnight flight we were so happy to arrangement this service to transfer to Sintra. He was there waiting and given that it was rush hour and we were going on 24 hours with next to no sleep, we were very happy to see the sign with our name and let him drive. We felt very safe and were dropped off at the door. The last thing we wanted to do after leaving the airport was get a train to a train to a bus followed with a bit of a walk, or even waiting for a taxi or uber with the thousands of others (customs was well over an hour). Definitely worth it!”

“Absolutely shocking experience for my transfer in Faro. Disgraceful lack of ownership turned up and driver nowhere to be seen no communication of any issues. Chased suntransfers to be told get your own cab and your on your own. Refund not received 2 weeks after event. Avoid this business.”

“Extremely disappointed with the service from my booking. I have used Sun transfers on all my previous visits to tenerife. But I will never use again! Our collection on this occasion was over an hour late with no assistance or call from the driver to advise. And not even an apology! Our collection back to the airport was even worse!!!! They didn't show at all and we had to make alternative arrangements! Not what you need when you need to ensure you are getting to the flight on time! My contact details where on the instructions, but no call on either from your driver. I tried to call the numbers on the form with no response. You have lost a loyal customer and also my recommendations to friends I will not use you again!”

“I have used sun transfers from faro to Vilamoura lots of times and they have always been excellent, until they fail and when they fail, they fail spectacularly. Did not turn up for the return trip to the airport for my friends who I had recommended using them. After 5 minutes I called their emergency line, which they do not answer. After 20 minutes of no show, I put them in a taxi, still waiting for the emergency line to be answered. I then contacted them on their live chat only for them to say they couldn't get through to the local office either and had no idea where the driver was so we should get a taxi... brilliant, a taxi company who's idea of transfers is to recommend you to get an Uber. Company's are defined by how they respond when things go wrong, this clearly defines Suntransfers... happy to take your money and when they fail expect someone else to sort out the issue. Shocking....”

“PLEASE DON`T BOOK THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE!!! I BOOKED THE SERVICE IN MADRID, THERE WAS NO DRIVER THERE WAITING FOR US UP, I HAD EXTRA COSTS WITH TAXI AND THEY REFUSE TO GIVE MY MONEY BACK. I`M SO DISAPPOINTED.... PLEASE DON`T HIRE THEM. (by the way, in Madrid taxes are available and they are cheaper)”

“I booked Suntransfers in Tenerife South, was told to meet driver at a desk, my name wasn’t on list so spent 45 minutes ringing the numbers to no avail. Got another taxi to take us to be told when I complained I didn’t try to contact them. Will never use again, all tge time I wasted I could have been at my destination!!”

“We booked Suntransfers for our holiday in Lanzarote in September 2019 and the driver did not meet us at the airport to take us to our accommodation, so we made our own arrangements for the return trip to the airport going home. WE DID NOT RECEIVE ANY REFUND. WE thought that they could not be that bad so we booked again with Suntransfers for this year 2021. Upon arrival at Lanzarote the driver greeted us and took us to our accommodation so all was well, so we thought but alas the driver did not turn up for our return the airport going home. After 20 minutes our hotel reception called Suntransfers and was advised that they would call back but we could no longer and found our own way back to the airport with less time than we should have had. SO OUR DAVICE TO ANYONE BOOKING A PRIVAT AIRPORT TRANSFER IS TO AVOID SUNTRANSFERS AT ALL COST. AFTER THREE EMAILS WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND OR A REPLY”

“avoid this company! they are fraudulently advertising that they can fulfil transfers from airport to the hotel. once you make payment within hours you receive a text message to say this has been cancelled, no warning no telephone call or email nothing! I called them to see why they cancelled to be told that they didn't have the transport, my question to them was why did you make the booking and take my money then? lola customer service team couldnt answer me this only stated that they will give me a credit note incase i wanted to use them again, i would never use this service again therefore had to file a full complaint to ask for a refund . still no response in regards to refund this company are shocking, if i could give them no stars i would have. avoid!!”

“O transfers não apareceu e tivemos que ir para aeroporto de táxi. Acabamos por descobrir que o valor que a suntransfer nos cobrou correspondia 5 vezes mais que um táxi. Além do que nem nos respondem email e chat sobre a devolução do dinheiro. Empresa nada confiável.”

“Reservation not fulfilled Reservation for a transfer on Lanzarote booked, paid and transfer confirmed by Suntransfers. As the plane arrived earlier, we have waited to be picked up. Unfortunately, not even after 40 min after the regular arriving time no pick up found place. Tried to call the provided number, no success because it is leading to the chat. Some more than helpful Spanish locals tried to call the local number which has been provided, without success, no voice on the other line, just referring to the chat. After the first bad experience, the trust in this company has been lost and decided to file a complaint and cancel the return transfer. After filing a complaint for a refund, the complaint has not been answered after almost 2 weeks. Had extra phone costs, no transfer, no reply to my complaint and refund request. Do not recommend this company at all, one big reason above, the second, the taxi cost was double cheaper than the offer by Suntransfers. Avoid this company, taxis are cheaper and for sure more reliable.”
