“We decided to take a private taxi with sun transfers from Faro airport to olhos d Agua and back, easy to use, no hidden fees, drivers are friendly and helpful, the only issue we had was that the address for my accommodation provided by my travel agent was incorrect, we ended up giving the driver instructions on how to get there once we got closer, luckily we'd stayed in the area before, when we contacted customer service to express our concerns about our return transfer, which was to be very early in the morning so we were concerned about the driver knowing where to go and arriving on time to ensure we didn't miss our flight, I needn't have worried, sun transfers were so helpful in clearing up the issue, finding the correct address and even providing myself and the driver with GPS coordinates and all at no extra cost, the driver actually turned up 5 minutes early and despite how early in the morning it was he was cheerful and courteous, helping us with our baggage, ensuring we were comfortable during our journey and even asking if we needed to stop at a petrol station for drinks etc. All in all our experience with sun transfers was excellent and I will definitely be using them again in the future. 5* service”

“I used Suntransfers.com when I went to Dubai July 2017 and on arrival at Dubai airport they were waiting with a sign with my name and then the driver helped with our luggage and also had water available for us if we wanted it, which was very thoughtful as it was still hot at 9am when we arrived (4 people). On departure they arrived at the hotel on time and the driver again helpful. I would definitely use them again.”

“We have previously used other companies and been badly let down left stranded at the airport and no pick up at hotel complaints were ignored and we were left out of pocket, This is the first time we have used Sun transfers and it will not be the last excellent sevice on time comfortable vehicles helpful courteous drlvers highly reccommend”

“The driver was there to meet us at arrivals at the airport. Loaded our cases and drove us direct to our villa. Very clean and comfortable mini bus. Very courteous driver. Would highly recommend and will certainly use again.”

“Awful Service. I had booked and paid for a return trip from Faro Airport to a Villa in Portugal. On the return trip, booked for Saturday 15 JUly at 5.50 am for an 8.30 flight, the driver never showed. When I contacted Sun Transfers, they couldn't contact either the driver or Area Rep. Was told to get a taxi to airport. The villa was in a remote area and this was on the morning of the flight. Was told the taxi would be reimbursed. After multiple contacts, finally had a response on 23 July, 8 days later, saying sorry, and they would refund the fee paid for no show. Awful service, poor Customer Care.”
