“Excellent service which I can highly recommend. Booking arrangements simple and efficient. Driver was punctual both ways and drove very carefully along roads where there was sometimes a sheer drop to the sea and some quite scary hairpin bends.”

“This service was excellent right from booking, through to the drivers both from and to Paphos airport, Cyprus. Even when a change was required due to a change in flight times, contacting their help centre on line through web chat was easy and efficient and the person was really helpful and sent through the amended confirmation immediately. I have never used this service before but would definitely use again and try in different countries too.”

“The company have taken over £700 from my account unauthorised via their parent company wave travel who are based in Romania. I ordered a taxi online on 27th june for £50 for taxi from portimao to faro airport one way. All confirmed and no problems. Then on my return to the UK, I find two separate transactions from my account for a total of £745.81, which I never requested and were taken after I had left Portugal on the 3rd july. The bank informed me it's my fault as I gave them an authorisation code so I could book a taxi. This is a company that google have recommended on their search website. Do not use them. On top of all this the taxi was old, stinking and non-air conditioned and rattled to the point of falling apart.”

“Very prompt service and reliable. However the vehicles provided were not as expected and paid for. Airport to Quinto was a BMW 320. Quinto to Airport was a Ford Galaxy type of vehicle. In each instance I paid for a. premium transfer. A refund of the difference would be appreciated”

“We weren't picked up to be taken back to the airport after a week in Spain. We were lucky enough to flag down 2 taxis after realizing we were going to be very late getting to the airport We got to our gate with a few minutes to spare. We haven't been given our €60 back for the taxises as we didn't get a receipt but I'm sorry when you are running that late to get check in a receipt is the last thing you think of. We are beng given half of the transfer paid up front but I still think that isn't good enough as we are out of pocket and had more stress on a holiday than we've ever had.”

“The service in itself was absolutely spot on. No complains here. However, in comparison to other providers, the service was heavily overpriced. Thus 1 star deduction. For next trip I will probably use someone else.”

“Have used a number of times so have no qualms about using Sun Transfers in any country. Drivers always smart and very helpful, always on time and this last time arrived early to pick us up back to airport very welcome gave us extra time to shop.”

“We were due to be picked up at 6.30pm at Lanzarote, due to weather we landed at fuerta Ventura, sat on Tarmac for 5 hours then flew back to Lanzarote where our transfer was still waiting and without any complaint at all transferred us to our hotel. Absolutely fantastic service . Thank you so much.”
