“Used suntransfers for first time this month. Booked their semi private shuttle bus for the 45 mins transport from airport to destination and a return for 11 days later. On arrival to milas-bodrum Airport, I had to ask staff where to locate bus zones as there was nobody waiting for us even though we were told there would be at arrivals. Found them easily enough seeing as its a small airport. The transfer was 1 hour 10 mins not 45 mins,, that was no problem. On return, it took 2 hours and 15 mins! For a 45 mins transport!! There is a max. 4 pick ups for semi private but he picked up at 5 locations and went on a detour resulting in over 2 and half times it should have taken. No English spoken so can't communicate with driver. Will never use sun transfers again for this reason”

“AVOID THIS COMPANY. IT IS A REAL SCAMMERS. I didn´t get the transfer and never got the money refund. Also a customer service do not reply and don´t give you any assistance. Miguel Pamplona Customer Service Representative promised to reply, but never did back to me, even i wrote him many e-mails! I stayed at night with 2 small kids at the airport, because this scammers didn´t organize the transfer and told me to wait more then 4 hours!!!! for the transfer . So in the end I took a taxi and paid a fortune to get to the hotel with two small kids. I was hopping to get a refund and compensation for the taxi from suntransfers, but they never replied to me. So if you don´t want to stay at night without transfer and your money, avoid this company. As they assistant told me at the airport- it is the most untrastable company at the airport!!! Also assistant at the airport was very very rude. I travel a lot but never have expirienced this kind of customer service. Upgrdet: got an answer from customer service that a shuttle express service by mini bus can be changed to a big bus without notice and money return.”

“Terrible! Angry driver, bad car and driving like he has stolen the car. Payed for children seats, but No seats in the car and No refund. The driver didn't know the direction to the hotel, and when I tried to tell him where to drive he got very Angry and stoppe by the roadside for ten mintes to find out instead of listening. Stay away from this Company!”

“Flight delay tried to call emergency number no answer ….live chat non existent… finally next day response to my email …explained situation form letter back said they would consider my case get back to me in 45 days. An absurdly poor service will never… ever use again”

“Terrible customer service. Our flight was cancelled and we were rebooked on one landing a few hours earlier. It took 3 calls for them to change the transfer to the new time and then they did not inform us that we’d have to pay for the new transfer as it’s a different booking. These bookings are not attached to the airline so asking for 100% of the payment for a few hour time change for the same trip is insane.”

“After booking a pick up from palma airport and a return paying 130€ on arriving at the airport there was no driver to meet us we waited 30mins before getting alternative transport which was only 45€ we tried to phone but we couldn't get through. On arriving at our hotel I managed to get hold of a live chat explaining what had happened giving all details and they said would contact us after finding the driver and seeing what went wrong. We are a week later and still not heard a thing!! Don't waste your money!! They firstly over charged and then didn't turn up so we are out of pocket and the stress it caused! Very unreliable and unable to get hold of customer service.”

“The taxi sent had a boot too small to handle our four standard suitcases. When it arrived it also had a flat tyre and the driver was unable to speak any English. Following a lengthy phone call with Suntransfers we were left stranded at the airport with our child who had complex health needs as the taxi driver sped off. Still no apology from Suntransfers, we are bitterly disappointed as a long standing Suntranfers customer at the treatment we received, needless to say we'll go elsewhere in future.”

“Terrible service from this company! Waited at said time for car from hotel in Porto to airport……No one turned up and when we rang the customer helpline they said they could not locate the driver and there were no other cars available!! Thank god for UBER!! The lady from Suntransfers said I’ll send you an email which you should respond to to make a claim for a refund which I duly did…….One month later, despite chasing I have had no further response and no refund! Will never use again…….”

“Booking ref ML5366 06:10 am My return transfer to faro Airport did not arrive so I contacted the out of hours contact number for help and to report the absence of the driver this after 20 minutes after the arranged time to be told it wasn't coming and I was to find alternative transport back to the airport I was to be refunded the portion of the trip and to just get on with it ,I could not phone a taxi just wouldn't connect the town was a mile down hill. At this point a I and my family were panicking as the deadline for my flight was looming so I got back on to the phone to the out of hours number but unfortunately they were not interested at all didn't want to know we were on our own so we had to run with case's down to the town and hope we could get a taxi after a further half an hour we did and just made it in time to the airport, is this really acceptable behaviour from a company like this shocking!!!!!!!! The to say we would give you 10% of our next booking I find insulting and offensive like we are ever going to use you after that !!!!”

“If I could give 0 stars I would. Had the most stressful experience with suntransfers at faro airport. Had shuttle transfer booked, had a long wait on arrival to faro airport, which can be expected but communication was very poor and we were left waiting to the side with no idea what was happening. On return journey you are meant to receive pickup time 24hours before. I had to ring to find out pickup time as had received no notification, very hard to get through via phone and live chat. Got pickup time eventually by email and which meant we would arrive to the airport with roughly 1 hour and 15 mins to check in bag and get through security (airport recommends being there 2.5 hours before flight) Rang all the numbers, eventually getting through to someone who very rudely said there was nothing they would do, to book a taxi if I wasn’t happy and in the end hung up on me.”

“I used this company once and never again. We arrived at the airport and waited for the driver. He didn’t show up. I called the customer support twice although in roaming which caused me extra charge. They told me some woman will wait for us. The woman had no sign or what so ever with her, just standing with her back towards the street. I found her by asking other women around if they were waiting for me. She was unapologetic and cold. After some time, a driver came who probably was asked to take place of the designated driver. I canceled my return trip with this company, because didn’t want to risk and lose the flight. Will never use them again”

“The pick up from Ljubljana airport was fine. My name was clearly displayed by the driver in arrivals. The car was very nice and clean and the journey was easy. Our return was hell. I scheduled our pick up for 6:35pm and we were waiting outside the hotel at 6:25pm. 6:35pm comes and passes. It gets to 6:45pm and no car has arrived. We try calling the numbers on the paper work; none of them work. I tried to find a help section on their website. Absolutely useless. My partner some how manages to find a chat option and the advisor says they will investigate what's happened; "one moment please". 5/10 mins later, still nothing, no reply. By this point it's gone 7pm and we need to check in for our flight at 7:20pm and the airport is a good 30-40 mins away in good traffic. We ask our hotel to arrange a taxi for us because we can't wait any longer. The person on the chat says the driver is waiting for us, but there is absolutely no sign at the hotel. They then give another excuse and ask if we still want a transfer. We tell them we're already very late and have had to get in a taxi. Half way to the airport our taxi driver gets a call from our hotel saying the Suntransfer driver has arrived. Absolutely shocking! I'm pregnant and have travel anxiety; when I book a transfer for 6:35pm, that is the time I expect the car to arrive. Not an hour later! I got an email from Suntransfers saying "the issue was caused by an administrative error resulting in incredibly poor experience and we are truly sorry." I was refunded the return transfer cost. We will not be using Suransfers again.”

“Es una estafa!!! He realizado una reserva para mi madre de 78 años en silla de ruedas desde el aeropuerto de Barcelona al hotel y no sólo la mantuvieron esperando más de 1 hora, sino que nunca apareció el chofer. Dos meses después no me devuelven el dinero, ni si quiera me responden los correos. Es una vergüenza que una empresa nos time de este modo.”
