“Hi! I've used your services for years but had an extremly poor experience in Sorrento this year which left us stranded & almost missed our return flight home. The amount refunded did NOT cover the cost or anxiety caused by a poor process! Also the premium rate paid service was not the car sent on the first leg of the journey Then gave you a 2nd chance on keeping a booking to Vienna & then had an Uber! Extremely disappointed!”

“Absolutely disgusted with this company taxi for 7 no show rang company 10 mins after no turn up to be told they'd ring back and didn't even bother rang again 15 mins later and told they had a mechanical problem and I could have full refund where do I book a mini bus for 7 at 4 in the morning why did they not let me know beforehand also on arrival to the resort the taxi was an hour late , I have used this company many times but it has seriously gone down hill”

“TERRIBLE SERVICE , Second year running been let down by them , was supposed to be picked up 25th July 23 at 5.20am when no show contacted office who advised would contact driver, still no show 20 minutes later contacted again , advised to get a cab to airport, we had no taxi numbers , didn’t think we would need them as booked transfers , luckily we know faro centre well , walked to marina and thankfully got taxi there”

“If I could give zero stars I would. My family of six have just returned from Cancun. I booked a transfer from the airport to the hotel and a return transfer back to the hotel. Neither of the drivers turned up. We waited 90 minutes when we arrived and eventually had to get an expensive taxi bus. On the way back we nearly missed our flight because we had to wait for two taxis. There are many options out there - do not book Suntransfers.”

“Absolutely the worst company that I have used for transfers. They had not arrived 40 minutes after the pick up time for the airport. I messaged them numerous times and called 10 times. Eventually they replied to say that the driver had gone to the wrong hotel wven though the full address was on the pick up sheet and they had dropped us off the week before. Eventually the driver turned up an hour late. We had paid for a premium mini coach for 10 people and 16 cases. It arrived with 9 seats and barely enough room for 10 cases. We had to get a taxi for 2 of the party and 6 cases. They ignored my complaints. Its disgusting. To top it all they dropped us at the wrong terminal so we had to get more taxis to the correct terminal. Absolutely awful service and dangerous driver.”

“Fantastische service!! Propere auto’s, correcte autozitjes voor onze drie kinderen, vriendelijke en behulpzame chauffeurs. Op de terugrit naar de luchthaven vergat onze peuter haar knuffeltje. Binnen het uur reactie op mijn whatsappberichtje en 5 dagen later werd de knuffel met de post bezorgd. Zeer tevreden over deze diensten! Wij reisden met taxi Alex uit L’Estartit”

“We booked this taxi weeks ago from Schipol airport to our destination and our pick up wasn’t at the departure gate as specified. We rang x 3 times and spoke with different staff members until we got the drivers number. He was over 30 minutes late. Our return transfer to the airport never arrived!!! We rang multiple times and was told they would call back!! They didn’t! They then said they couldn’t get in touch with driver and it wasn’t their fault! We had paid in FULL for this ‘service’ we then had to make our own way to airport (8 people one adult with additional needs) it was stressful and we found the CS in Sun transfer to be LESS then helpful . It was a disgrace. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone ! They kept saying the driver was 20 minutes away when we eventually got through , we didn’t believe this . And we managed )with the kind help from other travellers ) to get to the airport just in time. Do not use this company.”

“Shocking service. If I could give zero rating I would. We booked a return transfer from Duinrell to the airport and the driver did not show up. Sun Transfers could not get in touch with the driver so td us to book another cab. There is no taxi company in Dunrell or locally. Would not recommend this company and will never use them again.”

“I have used suntransfers on a few occasions in France and most recently in Kos after itnwas recommended to me by a friend. The service was excellent with all drivers being punctual and courteous, with clean, comfortable, spacious vehicles and always good value for money.”

“For travelers outside the European time zones, Suntransfers is a not a good choice for transfer service. Their free cancelation policy of 48-hours prior is really misleading. If an airline cancels it flight last minute and you have to reschedule pick-up - Suntransfer considers it a cancelation/rebooking. So you not only lose your original payment, but have to pay more to reschedule for new date & time. I am Chicago-based travel consultant and I booked suntransfer service for London Heathrow for Sunday morning. Client's flight departure from Newark was on Saturday. Due to weather problems, United Airlines rescheduled client's flight to depart on Sunday, arrive on Monday in Heathrow. When client tried to reschedule with Suntransfer for Monday pick-up, she was told that it was not possible because the assigned driver is not available for the new date & time. This doesn't make sense. I thought I reserved and paid for a transfer nor a specific driver. What would Suntransfer do if the driver is unable to perform the pick-up as originally booked? So now the client is left with having to book a new transfer for 100euros and lose the 100euros already paid.”

“I found suntransers absolutely brilliant. Very comfortable cars and very nice professional staff. Easy to find they stood waiting with our name, very friendly and a great price. Staff recommended some good spots for us to visit on our holiday too. The website was easy to use too.”
