“If I was you I would fire your Quality Control people immediately. The print is faint and to small, in some cases unreadable. You seem to be able to print larger and more readable print as you have done so on this page. Do not bother sending a voucher for 20% off, I will not be back.”

I'm sorry you were not happy. We will re-send the manual printed twice the size. This should help significantly. If you are still not happy then please return it for a 100% refund. Please be aware that we print to the highest quality we can. The quality of what we provide depends on the original document we get from the manufacturer.

“This was not the fault of the manual. I am an 81 yr. old female who received a Samsung Galaxy J3 Achieve smartphone for Christmas. Unfortunately I thought I was ordering the correct manual from your company. Therefore it is not the fault of your company or the manual. Geraldine Bauer”

“The index is not easy to use references to APPS for example are split up. References to one APP occur in different places. I would wish to find all the information to one item in one place”

“The problem when buying a new smartphone is that there are only very brief instructions.In order to get the best out of the new phone one needs a good book of instructions and this is where OTC can help.I have still got a long way to go but the written instructions I have followed so far are very helpful and I feel confident I will benefit from working my way through the whole instruction book.”
