“As there are no written manuals provided when you buy a smartphone these days and i don't like reading instrutions from a screne this was very usefull. Very helpfull to someone like me of advancing years who has difficulty mastering new technology.”

“Not for the beginner,who has no knowledge of the iPhone. Particular when trying to load up a second hand phone., I found it totally useless. For someone like me, consider "How to do everything" series. I have awarded "Acceptable", which in the right hands ought perhaps to be "Very Good" If any one wants a free copy, then do advertise in the Hexham, Northumberland, , area, you can have my copy for free. Colin”

I'm sorry we don't write the manuals. We simply print and bind what is written by the manufacturer. If you are unhappy please return it for a 100% refund.

“I ordered and paid a couple of weeks ago BUT HAVENT RECEIVED IT YET!!! I keep getting notices that it on its way, BUT I HAVENT SEEN IT YET. I’m about to cancel the order and refuse the delivery!!”

You ordered late on Saturday January 5th. We shipped the next working day, January 7th. We make it very clear that delivery to the USA is 7 to 10 working days. So delivery should be between 15th and 18th January. You wrote to us on January 13th, which is before the expected delivery date. Has it arrived yet?

“I have today returned the Galaxy s111 GT-19300 manual for a refund, I am sorry to have to do this, but it failed completely to help me to use my new GT-19300 phone. It was not even in colour so that I could see the various screens that appeared. It is one of the worst handbooks of any product I have ever had. I have not even been able to use it to make text messages or phone calls. .”

“I found this manual for the Sony XZ1 Compact to be of extremely helpful as it is my first smart phone, i was struggling to work out how to use the phone so i ordered the OTC Manual, It made working the phone a doddle!!!. I have only given 4 out of 5 because the print is so small in the manual that i really did struggle to read it, please give the option for a larger print version. Richard Dale.”

“I wanted to wait to review the product I ordered, but this site wouldn't allow that, so all I can praise is the ease of ordering this manual! I cannot wait to get the manual, as I am totally clueless on how to "maneuver" this Smartphone! (Better to send a two-or-three year old child to instruct me!) Please send it quickly!”

Please realise that we don't write any of the manuals. We just print and bind what is written by the manufacturers. If you are not happy you can return the manual for a 100% refund at any time.
