Please realise that we don't write any of the manuals. They are written by the manufacturer and we just print and bind the manuals for customer convenience. If you aren't happy with the manual you can return it at any time for a 100% refund.

Please be aware that we don't write the manuals. We just print and bind what the manufacturer has written so that customers don't need to print the pages themselves. If you aren't happy then please return the manual for a full refund.

“I went from a 2002 Nokia 6310 to the samsung galaxy, the workings of which made my brain hurt. Your manual was pretty good, although it isn't silly old git proof, ie press this button to do this, etc etc”

“Good manual, really useful to have alongside phone to understand all the phone's functions. It could be enhanced by having more explicit photos, diagrams as it assume the user is familiar with some of the icons in the manual are not the same as the phone”
