“There ars numerous referances to "press red-press green" . This doesn't held the many thousands who like me are colour blind' A simple change to "right- left would blem.solve the problem.”

“I am 80 and your customers include many of us not very knowledgeable about new phones. The manual assumed I knew more than I have ever known about cell phones. Explanations were not written clearly or simply. There were almost visuals of anything. Authors of the book were clealy knowledgable, but did not know how to teach someone who was leaving an older Samsung because of the need to get a new one for use with hearing aids. Hearing aids are upgraded and in order to HEAR I had to buy a new phone for over $600 that is tons more complex, doesn't work the way I knew my old phone did, doesn't come with instructions. So, I bought your "manual" which is not useable. I want my money back”

“Excellent product and service from Smartphone-Manual. Like most people, I find it too tedious to read online user guides, particularly when they run to 100+ pages. This was my first experience of this company, but I would whole-heartedly recommend; the print quality is excellent and delivery was very prompt. I purchased the spiral bound version so that the manual lies flat when open and it's certainly well worth the small additional expense, especially if you are holding your smartphone while trying to follow the text. Price-wise, I think this service good value for money.”

“The Doro 8100 phone manual is very useful as a reference point; much more useful than having to refer to a computer PDF file. Even printing out that file would not be practical to carry around should you need to! Ideally more iilustrations would be very useful akin to those already on your website which verb to press and displayed on the phone image. More illustrations to guide we newbies, to show each phone display details and similiarize users with during the learning process. If this would creatd too many more pages to the curreent manual then why not publish a second manual to boot! Conclusion: definitely useful but currently too limited in presentation.”
