“I only recently managed to access the full range of facilities after I studied the Manual. However on the Nokia 5 the icon web pages ONLY open when clicked TWICE. We have a downloaded AA icon from which we should be able to access a 20% discount @ restaurants. To my embarrassment it persistently refused to OPEN until I copied the 2 clicks necessary on my Laptop. Perhaps mention of this in CAPITALS should be included.”

“I found it a good read. Particularly with a new iPhone X Which proved complicated to say the least. The manual did the trick. I now know I have backup if I need a fact.”

We can't do anything about the content of the manual I'm afraid. This is written by the manufacturer. We will re-send the manual printed twice the size to help with the issue of the text being too small for you in some places.

“I bought the Nokia Lumina Windows Phone 8.1 via www.ijtdirect.co.uk as a replacement for a Samsung. The instruction booklet (A5 size) means I have to use a magnifying glass to read the manual! - (the over 70's still buy new smartphones, you know.). 'All Settings' is not on my desktop on start-up screen, so where do I find it when trying to set up for the first time? User Guide Update 2 manual says 'switching on for the first time your phone guides you set up your network connections'. Not on my phone, it doesn't - I have an established Microsoft Account (via laptop) using Outlook email. Page 10 Manual reads: 'Switch your phone on and follow the instructions shown on your phone'. Even with a Microsoft Account I couldn't get started. Please make it clearer how to get started, even if you need to use cartoons!”

Please note that we don't write any of the manual. We simply print and bind the manuals which are written by the manufacturers. As far as the font size is concerned we will re-send the manual printed twice the size at no charge. We can't do anything about the content of the manual itself I'm afraid
