“service was very prompt but the print of the manual is much too small making it very difficult to read. What an excellent service.I have now received a manual with larger print at no extra charge which I can read.”

“Disappointed actually. I ordered it because I am an 85 years old lady and my eyesight cannot read such small print. I expected it to be written in larger print. think you should offer to print these out in larger size for the older generation. As it is the print is far too small. surely this is something to be considered by your company.”

Sorry you were not happy with the size. We will re-send, at no charge of course, printed twice the size. Most customers prefer the size we sent originally as it is easier to carry around. I'm sure the manual printed twice the size will be much better for you.

“Easy to read manual. Like how it is broken down into different sections. Would like to see the print larger and darker. This should help a great deal in learning all the benefits of this phone.”

“The manual seemed to start from the premise that the owner already possessed a good knowledge of smart phones and their use which is not what I expected. For example I did not know what "swipe" meant, how to do it or even the way to find the menu. I found that unlike power plugs the charging plug has a right way up and a wrong way up! Such elementary information is most important to those who need a User Manual. We are not stupid but really need to know basic information otherwise why apply for a so called User Manual?”

“I felt the "Table of Contents" was not that helpful and would be improved by an alphabetical index. I bought the manual as I've not had an iPhone before and to give a simple example... looked for flashlight use but couldn't find a reference. Given that there are 500+ pages I feel an expanded contents index in alphabetical order would be beneficial . Otherwise it would have been 5 stars.”
