“I have recently purchased a manual. I thought I was ordering a manual for my new iPhone 16 Plus but the manual as received (which is nicely made) covers all iPhones. Not quite what I though I ordered.”

Hello Unfortunately Apple only make the full user guide for your iPhone as an on screen manual. We have put together a manual for beginners to the iPhone, and this is what was se=nt. If you are unhappy then please return with a covering letter.

“Bought my Manual to find out how to send photos taken on my phone to my computer to use as attachments to emails. No mention though in the manual of how to do this, so main reason for buying manual scuppered! But no complaint with customer service as manual content is different issue.”

Hello I Iphone manual is published off site and we buy them in. We have no control over the contents or how they are bound.

Hello I am guessing you have google map app on the phone? Motorola as with any manufacturer would not cover this in their manual, as the App is an add on to the phone and not a Motorola product. You would need to google how to use on the internet for help.
