“It was very informative and I have been able to use some of the information, but many mysteries still remain for me as a Senior Citizen, 86 years old and trying to understand tech. It would be good if a very basic senior targeted only version step by step instruction and a very detailed readable pictorial of the various symbols were printed and large enough to read without magnifier were available. We basically need how to use phone to call. how to tex at basic level, and how to take, store and send pictures. From those basics we can grow and branch out!”

“I expected more diagrams to supplement the instructions, but still find it helpfull. I was surprised that it didn't explain how to obtain and use a QR code, which would be welcomed by people in my age group, the over 80's. Maybe I expected to much ! Otherwise quite a good publication.”

“Still working on it. Apparently the author did not accept the premise that "a picture is worth a thousand words" as there are only two irrelevant photos or diagrams in the book. So overall I was disappointed. Hopefully the passage of time and the increased familiarity with the book and manual will improve my level of satisfaction with the Manual.”

Hello I am sorry you are not happy. the manual is only a basic guide to your phone. the full user guide can be found on the manufacturers website.

“The manual is a good starting point for a new entry to the iPhone. It has already answered a question that is could I transfer my contacts from the old Samsung Galaxy to the new iPhone 17. From the manual it would appear not.”
