“I am still in the process of learning from my manual, but would just like to say a big thankyou as this is proving to be a big help to me. I am an 89year old and have not used a Samsung Smartphone before but I was office trained so I do have a little 'savvy' left in me. BUT.... my memory is not as good as it was and I am not able to retain instructions 'on line' long enough to carry out all the necessary instructions to complete what I need. SO this is why I find your manual so useful- it's so much easier to have printed instructions alongside me while working on the 'phone. So 'THANK YOU FOR BEING THERE'.”

“Haven’t had a chance to sit down and check it out but I’m definitely looking to reading it after the Easter weekend. What I can tell you is the service and care put into the delivery of my order was amazing! They were always updating me on the order status. letting me know where my item was in the queue, when it was shipped I never been so well treated by a merchant! Service was definitely top-notch!”

“Very good, and impeccable delivery. Earlier I ordered a manual for a Sony a6700 camera, and wrote in my review that the print was so small that the manual was hardly useable. I was immediately offered a reprint in A4, duly delivered, and at no cost to me. Superb service. I can heartily recommend them.”
