“Printed in clear, easy to understand language. Some minor differences depending on type of phone. Ordered through Amazon so I had no contact with OTC Ltd.”

“The manual is a good starting point for a new entry to the iPhone. It has already answered a question that is could I transfer my contacts from the old Samsung Galaxy to the new iPhone 17. From the manual it would appear not.”

“I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the manual. Written clearly in large print, in easily understood language, I cannot fault it! This is my first time with an Apple iPhone, (I’ve always been with Samsung), which a friend recommended, and was at a total loss. I now know how to turn it on and off! “I'am unable to critique the manual at this time since I've just started reading the manual. I did did note that it wasn't as truly senior citizen friendly as I had hoped. I prefer a more simplistic step by step manual that doesn't jump from one item to another in the same category. It becomes very confusing to an older person who has no familiarity with this technology. I'll have to muddle through it. Have a good day!”
