“I expected more diagrams to supplement the instructions, but still find it helpfull. I was surprised that it didn't explain how to obtain and use a QR code, which would be welcomed by people in my age group, the over 80's. Maybe I expected to much ! Otherwise quite a good publication.”

“Still working on it. Apparently the author did not accept the premise that "a picture is worth a thousand words" as there are only two irrelevant photos or diagrams in the book. So overall I was disappointed. Hopefully the passage of time and the increased familiarity with the book and manual will improve my level of satisfaction with the Manual.”

“Printed in clear, easy to understand language. Some minor differences depending on type of phone. Ordered through Amazon so I had no contact with OTC Ltd.”

“Very good. I am working my way through it. My biggest problem was transferring stuff from an older phone, especially bank and shopping APPs and their passwords.”

“The manual is a good starting point for a new entry to the iPhone. It has already answered a question that is could I transfer my contacts from the old Samsung Galaxy to the new iPhone 17. From the manual it would appear not.”

“I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the manual. Written clearly in large print, in easily understood language, I cannot fault it! This is my first time with an Apple iPhone, (I’ve always been with Samsung), which a friend recommended, and was at a total loss. I now know how to turn it on and off! Looking forward to learning more. Thank you.”
