“trying to help someone who has the manual while I downloaded the manual on the computer. Page nos. don't jive e.g. 9 nos. difference between page no. and page no. indicated on bottom of screen. Cannot see where one is told how to turn on phone to make a call and properly hang up phone. where is and what is "safe mode"?”

Hello The phone you have is made by Oppo. This manufactures phones work like Apple phones as in the software on the device and with Oppo it is ColoOS software and we have sent the manual coving this software and which tells you how to operate the phone.

“As an older, first time user of a smart phone (it replaced a flip phone), the manual is too complicated for me to understand and follow most procedures beyond the first or second step. I am not familiar with most of the terminology, procedures or symbols. I will continue to work on it, and find a class.”

“Speed of delivery, despatch and receipt- excellent. Quality of Manual and print quality - acceptable. Price – reasonable. However, one major flaw in layout: apart from a minimalist two- page ‘Contents’ at the beginning there is no way to find an answer for guidance or to a problem as there is no comprehensive Index. This, for me, is a frustrating situation as, although I can usually find the answer to what I am looking for, as a comparative newcomer to smart phones it takes a great deal of time.”

“It has some very good information. However, the information stops short in many places explaining what to do. Some illustrations would be the best help. I ordered the book because I needed help understanding what to do. Unfortunately it doesn't fill my needs the way I hoped it would.”
