“I was hoping to teach myself how to use my cell phone by reading each page and then to follow the instructions. Wrong! It is not basic enough so I am still needing to have my son and grandson teach me.”

“This manual is presented in a clear, concise and logical step by step fashion. The index is also perfect for looking up specific answers to "obscure" questions concerning the phone. So glad I took "the leap" and went for it. I don't really know how any other manual out there could be any improvement on it. Thanks for taking the "stress" of getting to know a brand phone out of the equation.”

“Your directions are a confusing to me. I use my new phone for just that calling and receiving calls mostly! It has so much of everything else........... that I'm over looked as a strate forward user, simple and uncomplicated in my usage!!! You need less "zigzag" and more straight forward directions. I would like to see more pictures as directions!! I have tried to delete my phone messages and your directions aren't that helpful. Can't delete!! Maybe having top asked-questions in the content page would be sooo helpful. The phone makers have dropped the ball by not making directions available to users of their new products! "Self-serve sucks." I'm thankful for your dealing with their problem they created and hope to see directions made simple for users like me. Thanks, cleoa25@comcast.net”
