Hello I am sorry this order has not reached you. Over the month of December Royal Mail on several days were on strike and this delayed the movement of the post, But seems they have lost this order I will resend the order.

Hello I am sorry this has not arrived. Over the month of December Royal mail took several days of strike action. This delayed the movement of the post, but seems they have lost your order. I will resend the order.
