“They took my money, $25.25, but I never received the manual. I've tried to send them a message; they have no phone, what do you think of that?, and do not reply to my messages. They're crooks. I would strangle the crooks if I could get my hands on them. Guess I'll have to call my credit card people and cancel. You all can go straight to HELL!!!!”
