“Have been rather conservative in my rating, as am not sure it will be helpful to me. Being 86yrs of age and this is my first 'smartphone. However am sure you are doing your best and time will tell whether I can understand it.”

“It is very interesting to have printed manuals available for most computers, cameras, smartphones, available. Instructions are available on-line BUT the ink involved in printing these is prohibitive with 70+ pages. It is desirable to have a printed booklet as one can access the information when needed.”

“DID NOT HAVE "TEXTING"OR CHAT" IN THE INDEX OR IN THE MANUAL...I WANTED TO KNOW HOW TO SEND A PHOTO WITH A TEXT MESSAGE. OTHER INFO WAS NOT PRESENTED IN A SIMPLE CLEAR WAY TO THOSE OF US WHO DO NOT USE ELECTRONIC FORMATS”
