“A very thorough manual that was delivered almost immediately, I did think it was rather expensive though and unfortunately, the used Blackberry mobile phone was not so much as `with signs of wear and tear` as `with signs of gouging with a chisel`. I did send an email after receipt of the manual”

“The ordered 28-page Nokia 5310 User Guide was received neatly bound, but it included, in its middle, a 200-page Samsung manual. In endeavouring to remove this encumbrance I damaged the spiral binding beyond saving. I am disillusioned. You should really send me a replacement Nokia 5310 User Guide.”
